Has anyone smoked one of tropical seed company's strains?

Hola mate!

So Im going to be buying a few tropical seed company strains soon. And I wanted to know if any of you fine peoples ever had a chance to grow or smoke any of their strains?

Im very interested in Cognition because it's supposed to be just like ace's bangi haze, but half the price. Cognition is a cross between Congo Pointe Noire and Highland Nepalese F1, so it should have the brain sharpening/energizing effects of bangi haze.

Im also getting Double congo, and King congo V4.

Hopefully I'll get lucky and grow my perfect medicine soon!

I grew Double Congo. VERY nice long flowering sativa with lots of little resin glands, earthy taste and smell and uppy high.

bro could you give me a detailed smoke report please?

How long did it flower? and what was the yield? I heard its a good smoke for studying and working, is that true?

The yield was poor, at least in that pheno. The high could be good to work but not to study in my point of view, can be some trippy if you don´t smoke the right dose. If i remember well she toke arround 110 days aprox.

How'd you keep it short and grow buds in that height?
Is it because of its pheno or you did something to make it stay shorter than the usual sativa?

Logan, if you keep the pot size small, a lot of sativas will be triggered to flower when the plant is root bound. I've used bushmaster(PGR) before too, but that did not seem to work as good. I've got some OxPR under 1k lamps and after two applications when first flipped they are still hitting the ceiling.
