LA high times cup coming up feb 8-9, anyone thinking about entering some GG? think its about time she starts taking a crack at these cups, im tired of seeing the same ol shit always winning. unfortunately my GG round wont start flower until next week. prophet has a few trays that are at week 2 of flowering but wont be ready in time, unless he picks a 6 week sample. There was a big write about it not to long ago PF . the feds basicly gave up on it except for 10 different specifics which include the cartels .... growing on federal land & a bunch of others . i could find it & link it if ya want . but the feds are even allowing banks to do business with MMJ facilities now where they never would in the past .
now we just gotta get them to reclassify it .... thats all i really care about . don't really see it going full legal being a good thing .... but thats my opinion .

As guidance to prosecutors, the memo lays out eight federal priorities when deciding whether to prosecute a marijuana case.
They are:
• Preventing marijuana distribution to minors;
• Preventing money from sales from going to criminal groups;
• Preventing the diversion of marijuana from states where it is legal to states where it is illegal;
• Preventing criminal groups from using state laws as cover for trafficking of other illegal drugs;
• Preventing violence and the use of illegal firearms;
• Preventing drugged driving and marijuana-related public health problems;
• Preventing the growing of marijuana on public lands;
• Preventing marijuana possession or use on federal property.
Contrary to previous DOJ guidance, the size or profitability of legal marijuana businesses can no longer be the only factor in assessing whether they should be a target for prosecution.

I agree with ya buddy. How can they prosecute anyone if there in a legal state. I guess thats not a concern anymore witch is a good thing. I don't like to see anyone in jail for cannabis.
