I'm not GP, but you can buy safe PG at most feed stores (it's often used to sweeten feed for farm animals), and safe VG can be found at any pharmacy or Walmart. If you're looking for bulk or would just rather use the internet I could post a few links, but I don't want to come across like a spammer (I don't have anything to do with any vape company, I've just learned a few things over the years) if you'd rather go local.

Thank you so much for the update. I will have to try the dried fruit flavoring, that sounds yummy. One question I do have....I seem to have trouble keeping the honey oil a liquid in Everclear once it cools down to room temperature, it separates even in the glycol. So what I do is I extract the THC soaked Everclear, then add it to my glycol, this seems to work in my Protank the best. It comes out like a golden,thinner oil base tincture, which is pretty powerful. I cannot wait to try your method, now I know all the ratios and temperatures. Can someone please help me i've tried GP73LPC method and im having some issues.

1- Im using BHO and adding it to my alcohol that is @ 160f mixing it and making sure it does not pass that temp.

2-once it gets to the milky stage im pouring it into my VG

3-im mixing hash oil and VG and then storing it away for a few days with a black cloth.

My issue is that i feel like some of the oil is staying at the bottom of my mason jar and not completely getting it all in in the VG mix .Also my mixture is not very dark in color more of a lighter mix.

Is there another way to make this mix for my ecig ? Can someone please help. Ive had Polio since I was a child would really like to get this procedure down as it would make things a lot easier for me . Its very expensive to get the tincture at the clubs in CAli so I would really like to make it myself . Hope some one can help thank you

I just want to say that thanks to this thread, and cross references over at Gray wolf's site, I just made my first glycerine tincture. I just put a mL under my tongue a half hour ago, and my entire body feels nice and numb. This was from dried sugar leaves from an old sadhu harvest, which are completely coated in trichomes. I was impatient so I didn't do the best extraction ever, but it's pleasantly effective I must say!

Are there any homogenizers on the market that are cheap and effective? I hadn't heard of them until this post. It seems like a cool device to have, but I don't want to spend $1000 for something I'd hardly ever use.

I plan on using VG to make a tincture using the "cold" extraction process. That is leaving it in a jar for a longer period of time shaking or stirring every day. My question is, what ratio of liquid to bud should I use? I was thinking one eighth of bud, to one eighth (1 oz) of liquid. Is this a good ratio to use?

Hey greywolf wow I have never thought out that so through homogenization bho and VG can be mixed together have you tried this already? Will the thc from the bho into small partials will it affect the potency of the hbo. Also with homogenization is there still a need to break down the hbo why not just pour it in liquid state and process thanks once again.

Im not sure if this has been asked, will kief or bubble hash dissolve in pg, I am thinking of using kief & pg, putting it in a sonic jewelry cleaner to vibrate, will this work? should I do anything different or any other steps, Thanks for any help or advice

The essential oils in kif or bubble will dissolve in PG, but not the cellulouse.

Don't mean to come off as a troll on this popular thread, but being that I post up A LOT here at ICMAG Forum's Concentrate section, may I please make one post of my stand on this... tia!

It's my opinion dabbing straight BHO is safe, the human body seems to tolerate it ok with no extreme reactions such as cancer, BUT I wouldn't dare take that stand in defense of inhaling the vapors of any of the diluents and additives (VG, PG, added terpenes, or flavorings) I've heard mentioned.

Please, dab your BHO straight with a rig or one hit vape pen, or simply decarb it for use with a muti-hit vape pen.

Your lungs are your own to care for, when they're shot, they're shot, just ask Gray Wolf... question authority (and especially your peers!! ;-))
