I was coming home, and was stopped in mojave?? I thought my prescription was enough to have what I had... Please help I live in the bay..

if its a small amount forget about it unless its a principal thing. cause getting it back is a pain and a lawyer is gonna help a lot. your time is worth money too.

I got stopped in MOJAVE CA, coming back home to the Bay.. I had what the cop says 3lbs... I had 1 turkey bag containing 1.75P of medicine, and the rest was leaf and trim for baked edibles... I had my paperwork, my prescription, and prescription card in pocket... And possibly my caregiver form with 4 patients.

TWO (F) one for transporting and the other for possession... They also tried to say I had some concentrate or hash which I did not have.. I just had flowers, and some trim for baked goods..

did you do a security check on the car before driving?
Lights, registration, etc...not speeding, etc...

My patients have cancer, epilepsy etc.. I would not let a cop take my meds easily.

Cops around here are understanding for the most part. I have had a cop pick up a tbag full o nugs before and just give it right back.

now is the time to break out the hidden cash and pay a lawyer. weed is weed to cops. leaf,trim ,stalks all of it. I have heard cops say I don't give a shit I will arrest ya and let the judge sort it out. so be glad you aint in jail. med mj is a defence not a free pass. get ya a good lawyer. if you provide all paperwork and aint got a bad record I bet it don't go far. they gen don't push the small med mj cases long as they might loose anyhow. with lawyer fees it wont be long before it aint worth it tho. cost of lawyer will exceed the cost of weed easily so ya never really win.

I believe in California if you have more than 8oz per person in transit, then you have to justify it (like delivery to/from a collective).

More than that for personal use (in transit) is going to get unwanted attention.

I believe that to be the case as well. I thin sheriffs are also stricter than chp. San berdoo sheriffs in particular! BTW, where the fook is mojave ca?:laughing:

Thanks guys for your imput... I talked to a high power lawyer he wanted 10K? What do you guys thinK?? How much should I spend?.

Has anyone heard of having a doctor right a script for a years supply? I thought I've read someone here stating that?? Then I should be covered it would break down to an eight a day.. Once again I live in the Bay Area...
