ya, they were just sexed, then transplanted and put back into veg.... veggin up now to fill their containers, will be flipped next round probably. veg is just.... very crowded and busy right now; grab some pics when i get a chance.

It's pretty dank smelling and flavorful... a rich earthy almost kush smell layered with berry fruity and deep floral scents... some call it a "sweet rotten soil" smell, I'd say it has a "sweet fecund soil" smell going on. Flo to me is very kushy smelling; earthy musky soil funk. It smokes the same exact flavor as it smells. I've smoked it entirely uncured before, just dry enough to rollup and puff; super nice flavor without any "harsh" or bitter.

There is legend of ROSE smelling and flavored pheno's in f4 & f5 generations.

IMO dj short is one of the masters of the cannabis breeding world; and Flo is one of his greatest creations.

It's kinda special... it's very popular in CO, tends to grow well at higher elevations... ime it grows well into large plants, and produces very well when vegged longer & bigger.
It's a high yielder, so high that many times it outproduces plants of other strains in commercial grows; shops will have several jars of Flo, all labeled differently just to provide the illusion of variety on the shelves.

In case all that ain't enough; she will readily turn red, lavender, mauve and DARK purple leaves (top and bottom sides of leaves) and in some cases very purple calyxes as well, usually starting to turn colors after week 5 thru flush.

I hope you get a chance to grow or at least smoke some flo sometime soon, hovah.

anyhow, plants all been flushing over a week (some 2 weeks, deadhead ogk's flo og's bay 11 and LOUD sours)
veg is really really looking great under that new ceramic metal halide running the phillips agro 315w bulb. all plants have really exploded underneath it.

Also, a lil update concerning the rare dankness strain "blue ox" that i attempted to grow this round... some damped off, some died in transplant, none that lived turned out female, well, moonshine and karmabitch were kind enough to replace the blue ox AND kick down a pack of the ox.

yup, you know it. that ceramic metal halide is really producing great quality plants in veg. loving it.

cut all the plant grown from seed, and many of the flo x grimm
hand trimmed big fan (water) leaves off during flush, and really pulled the rest of the big leaves a day or two before cutting.
cut the entire plant, hung upside down, plan on doing final dry trim of sugar leaves in a few days, when ready.

We just emptied pout flowering room to sterilizse, but if you need any help let me know. great work, and great news from rare dankness, I was wondering about those blue ox's. A couple of the blue heron and tangerine power I tried to pop didn't make it... oh well I got sick busy all at the same time, and way much going on. LOL
