I'm not seeing a place to upload an avatar in the user panel. Is this a minimum post thing like pm's or just a user fail.

It` been so long that I have forgotten a lot . But I think you need 50 posts before you have an avatar & I know for a fact you need 50 for PMing .
Go through all the forums & just put a quick line in them & your post count will be up very soon . Once you reach 50 it can take poss a day then your on your way .

Go to your IC ,Settings & options , signature etc .

sorry info below avatar _ go to top of list in your IC - your details then your location .
