Now that Bravo is empty, time for 16 OGHC to hit the pavement running...

Last week we were dealing with sub 30 degree temps. Without heaters, I am going to have my dick chapped...
I put a heater into Charlie, and they are back on track.

Blue Dragon in Alpha are doing well. I have some tops that need to be removed since they got too close, but I don't want to touch her any more than needed, since she is known to be a finicky bitch.

My landlord went off the deep end! She threatened to call CPS if I didn't accept her $6.00 per foot offer. I in turn threatened to turn her in to the housing authority... I need to stabilize my situation asap!
So I have been looking at other locations, and have had my hopes dashed twice on what would have been perfect properties. One was a 3,000 sf warehouse that had a garden for the last 3 years. I talked to the owner, and he confirmed its prior use, but he is selling the property, and needs to show it. He encouraged me to buy it, but it will be listed for 1.6 million... There are two warehouses, and two residences, and the rent would almost cover the mortgage, but no way in hell I can pull that in 3 months...
Anyways, the latest development may be the best yet. A dispensary that I have been working real closely with the last two years, is working on a deal, that may be all that I was looking for 3 years from now.
There is a big player that is retiring, and has offered to sell to the dispensary. We need to do a meet and greet, and present my plan, but it looks like it's just a matter of hashing out numbers. He has established accounts with several dispensaries down south that he will want maintained.
Not holding my breath, but this seems like my best bet at the moment.

Good question Otis... I never figured that out, or why some rep is green, and other purple.

it's a bummer that the warehouse owners who are cool with growing aren't more forthcoming like CO. seems like ya gotta know someone. i've tried cold calling 40+ warehouses in a day and got 2 "maybe"s.

hope ya get yourself into a safer and more comfortable situation.

also, i vote for working with the dispensary on a project. it's nice to have not just a medical defense in CA courts, but a collective defense as well.

I know cali's real estate market is a lot more expensive than MI... but I'm sure you'll figure something out. I never even speak with my property owners. They get their monthly payments, and we leave each other alone. My second property will be paid off in August! Then I might mortgage that house to pay off the other property, since the other is dilapidated and I can't do anything with it until I get it fixed up.

The latest opportunity is ideal for a lease to own. The dispensary owner knows he can not grow and run his dispensary at the same time. I provide half his menu, and he could have his entire menu, without needing vendors. It's a triple win...
If I didn't have family ties here, I would take the harvest from one room and buy a house in your neck of the woods, but I hate MI weather! lol, so I will languish in Cali sunshine...

She has two options. Leave me alone for 90 days, and get paid, or get burned. If I get this property red tagged, it will cost her 50k just to rent it out again. Locally, I have been informed that without a lease or rental agreement, a non-permitted dwelling will cost her 6 months rent to start...

I "could" do this move on my own, but I am bringing my helper. The dispo owner legally can not grow and dispense, and he already lives 2 hours north.
I definitely see a lease to own option in a couple years, if not from Day 1.
Running trees, my plant count is already low, but I have protection in the form of an agreement that I am a designated cultivator for the entire club.
