Yup I got the dirty. I don't really know why, I wasn't sure which to go with.

i'll be curious to see what it does in your rez . like i said the one time i mixed it . it came out perfect at 5.8 but was up to 6.5 the next day .

shes doing very well for me :) i thought 70 days to finish them , but they're looking like maybe 63 will be fine . lots of orange hairs & the calyx's are swelling pretty good & they've only been flushing for a week . the 16th will be 2weeks flush & day 63 for them , but i've got the 6 GG's coming down that weekend & the 818's will have to stay in till the GG is dried & off the dry lines . so they'll get 70 days regardless :)

well thats one way to get rid of all that .3EC storage water .... i just filled both rez's that are flushing the 2 trays & its damn near empty now . 30 gallons out of 32 gone !!!

Have you thrown any pics up of the 818?

I'm used to that unfortunately. If it stays steady for a day or two I'll be happy :)

cannas cannazyme has more of a pk value than it is an enzyme . its more of a bud builder than it is enzymes .

I've heard this one doing the rounds, dans. It's something I've seen put forward by a very small number of people. It only takes on person to start a rumour, and other people to spread it, but Cannazym has almost no use as a bud booster whatsoever unless you've got money to burn.

It's true that any product with a NPK ratio of 0-2-1 will alter the ratios, but cannabis is a broad range feeder, and the specific numbers when run to a certain level will be no different to the plant if you run your EC to 0.1 with cannazym, then 0.3 with PK13/14.. or if you just do the 0.3 with the PK.

If the enzymes or the different ingredients within make a difference, they make a difference. I can't say whether if they do. In terms of health they certainly don't, simply because if a plant can be kept in perfect health on base nutes then that can't be improved on.

In terms of yield and vigor, that's for a side by side test to determine. I'd imagine any gains will be extremely small, but you never know.

I see what your saying & i'll admit i know very little about enzymes or how they benefit a plant if they do at all . but i have seen a difference sense using the zyme , not a significant difference , but a difference . it may be the enzymes or it may be the PK ..... i dunno . i was told it was because of the PK in it . thats what i get for not checking it myself :)
i can admit when i'm wrong & thanx for clearing that up for me .

OVO .... no 818 thread or anything , but i put up shots in the bike thread quite a bit . lemme see if i can find a recent one .

I ain't got the space you do brutha ..... but it works :)

i'm guessing they'll be quarter pounders at least . grown in 2 gallon pots of straight canna coco under a 600 :dance013:

do you remember if these die off & yellow up pretty good by harvest ? they have a weeks flush so far & are still really green . they actually look a little N heavy , but its my first time with them .
they more than likely wind up with a 3 week flush by the time i can chop'em .

Me either Car ....like i said , first time running her & she was fed no more than 1.8 EC ..... & i also said she looks a little N heavy , so i'll cut back next time & she'll get a nice long flush/leaching to make sure all the nutes are gone by harvest .

I do get yellowing with the 818 but not heavily. They are a greener plant until the end, at least in my experience. Mine were more yellow than yours though. I usually flush for 7-10 days but my nutrient regiment is a lot different than yours. Was this run from seed?

Overfeeding causes yellowing too, just of a different kind. There's no strain of cannabis I've grown in my time doing it that has needed to go as high as 2.2ec because of hunger.

Next time you run them, use just the veg at 1.0 - 1.2 (and no higher than 1.4) through the veg phase, then, when stretch is over, start them on bloom at the same rate. No additives and no extras. I bet you don't have the same problems.

Lush plants there dans. Nice.

Is that the cali connection 818?

Yes, we both have the CC 818.

Sound advice. I've taken the EC that high before, but it probably did more harm than good. I'm taking a "less is more" approach nowadays that seems to be making the plants much more happy.

No this was a cut given to me by a buddy .... he went through all the work or running seeds & finding the Keeper . but its his idea of a keeper .... it doesn't mean it'll be mine :) time will tell .

thats pretty much how my feed schedule goes .... 1.0 to 1.3 in veg & 1.3 to 2.0 in flower ..... but i very rarely even hit 1.8 at peek . even at the PK boost i only went 1.8 so .... she's probably a light feeder or just a much greener plant . i've got 2 more in at 30 days .... i'll keep them lighter fed & see what happens , they're at 1.6 last rez fill . i'll keep it there & see what happens . they already look lighter in color than this batch about to finish .

not so waxy looking either which leads me to believe they're overdosed on nitrogen .
