Very nice last run of trim I did I made canola oil and boiled down all my trim. I started handing out brownies to everyone that I knew. Sadly I didn't eat any because I can't stand the taste even though there was no material in the oil it just had that nasty smell to the oil. Don't know if I did something wrong but everyone that ate a brownie said it was like taking Xanax so I must of did something right. Lol

I just recently made a couple pounds of butter myself....

And then, my girl bought some perogis at the store and we had no regular butter, or sour cream...

So my bright idea was "OH POT BUTTER, this will taste great..."

So i ate like 8 perogis dipped in pot butter, and littleraly before i finished chewing the last one i thought i was gonna die.

WAY.TO.Damn.HIGH!

I'll have to keep that in mind.. Once I can start forming thoughts again...

My 1st run was like that... Tasted like shit but had a nice buzz.
Not as nice as this batch looks to be... I used a boat load of the 1st batch for my family thanksgiving dinner last year.

Made yams... Lots of yams and made sure they were away from the rest of the food... Most my family smoke so they got gone fast and a good night had by all... But damn... It took a lot of marshmallows to cover the taste...lol


I think I might have put to much on my pasta.......

Came out looking clean and lean....

Came out nice and clean...

Smells of canna but not overwhelming smell at all...

I had some with noodles and this shit taste great...

My 1st batch was much greener as well...
Was much messier ta boot...

Really like this crock-pot set up for it's ease...

This batch,being: GSC/LB/Kong and BATF is awesome...
Call me hooked...lol

That was more a coma than a nap...
Just the way I like it!!!

I really want to get vertical again....
Just need to know which plants are female an I will changing pool 2 into a 4-6 plant doughnut and veg with a vert 600 a good week before flowering... Looks like 2xF13~2xGSTF~2xFem GSC~ for that pool.
Need to get them a little taller so I can cram a few smaller ones down low...lol

Things are not going to plan...Typical...lol so I am not sure whats going to happen for the other pool and guess the rest of this season.

I had wanted 2 pools flowering 4 large plants each but...
Everything is at different stages and that idea is just not going to happen unless I wait another month or more...

I need some flowering ladies in my life so I ain't going to wait that long...lol

These are back to 2''+ growth a day and are getting real close to the height im looking for...

Hey AD I am curious to what numbers of the f13 were females I think I picked 1,6 and 8 right? Was I right in any of them that I picked? I know you lost the number 8 clone.

woot- that first pool is looking like it's close to being ready, vert could be the way to go those lower branches would catch some extra rays.

good luck in that clone lab, high humidity makes happy clones, my set up is kind of similar, everything in the swamp wicks up all the moisture like there's no running out, makes for good 80's foggy glam shots too lol.

Yeah that pool could be done as is with a simple
flip to 12/12 but...lol
Only 6 need apply at this point....

The clones could not have been easier...
No prep,just cut,scrape,plug....

The RH in the room stays 60%-70% and the
micro climate is probably 5% more...

Not sure how they would do with 50% but I like not needing hoods.

From what im seeing as well...
Being hit with full strength floods is keeping them from having to use the stored energy from the leaves...

Seems to speed things up a little...

I see running a pool with just a bed of CC being flooded and using the little cubes to place boat loads of clones...

Take one out,place one in...

Not sure I will need this option...
But.. It's nice to know I can if I do....

If you make it right, which it appears homie did, the taste should be the best part... Its all a matter of opinion of course, but some fresh pot treats IMO taste SO much better than regular treats.

I think with this harvest with all the trim and little shit bud I'll try to make some canna budder. Maybe I'll like it a lot more I will also try to make some bubble hash just need to buy myself bubble bags. Anyone ever use the sets of bags they sell on eBay before to make there bubble hash?

Dabs how did your move go? Or did you not move yet? I am curious to see how you made out I am sure it will be fine though plants are resilyant little fuckers and can take a pounding before they just kick the bucket.

Alien - I believe the water treatment is to repeatedly re-heat the butter and add some water, then let it cool in the fridge until harden again and separate. Do this 2-3 times and it removes a lot of the plant waxes and fats I believe. I've never had a problem with the taste though (except for in the bad old days when we left all the material in the batch of brownies - gross)

Mikenite - I've only used my set once. Worked fine but I just found it too labor intensive for the end result. I was not able to make full-melt so I can't dab it which means further refining. Rather just do straight BHO for that. I know a lot of people like to top a bowl or rub a paper with bubble though. For me it's either dabs or joints with some dry sift added, so really no point in running bubble if I can't get full melt. I know it's possible but I don't run enough in general to take the time to perfect it.

It's a cake with brownies inside...
Takes a couple tricks to get it to cook right but when done.
It's the best damn cake I have ever had...

Those plants look super healthy!,...are u running a dead rez?,coz i see that lip is not flush or is it just holding the wicks down into place?

I just read through this post and saw quite a while back that you were fighting mold/mildew,and then saw you mentioned the WHITE DUST,...its the reason i threw my dam one away!

Unless you CLEAN that thing regularly and i mean real good its gona be more of a problem than anything,the problem is once you start using tap water with any MINERALS in,those minerals start to form deposits inside on the heating plate which is impossible to clean eventually,then those same deposits and minerals become a breeding ground for bacteria and mold,a very easy way to INTRODUCE it to your plants without even knowing,that dust is the MINERAL deposits of the tap water getting humidified out and deposited around the grow room,..which also in turn is dirt and thats what attracts the pests and so on, either use distilled water ,which is costly,or go thepond fogger route with a pc fan,much cleaner,no light inside water,and way more hunidity!

Anyways keep shit rockin!and get working on that donut!,although once you sort those females out and start suppercropping that kiddiepool could look KILLER scrogged horizonatlly stretched over the sides with buds/colas taking up that extra space in the corners!,well you got many pools any many options ,so hopefully im gonna see scrogs all upmthe wall and floor!!!
