Glad the leds are working for I found by trial and error that some plants can go closer to the lights, The Chems can get real close but the casey jones for example like it a little further away its easy to tell as soon as you see first sign of bleaching on the tip just move them back a little I use the plant magic cal mag you have and the plants loved it, Buff.

Hey SF my friend, yep they sure got big an thick branched under the LEDs but they will soon be going under HPS for flowering in my taller cupboard I have just finished building. The seed stock and a few clone onlys will be going under the LEDs. Thanks for the faith in being able to provide a good show.

Long time no see, hope your well. Still going strong with the LEDs I see. I notice you use a Halogen heater, I recently got one, two settings 400w and 800w, was thinking about hooking it up to my Ecotechnics controller but was a but worried about it switching on and off all the time. Is yours hooked up to a controller?

Hey Tony mate your right long time no speak, good to hear from you.
My halogen heater is 1200 watt on a ET05 thermostactic contoller plug set to 18c. Its been fine I only use 2 bars on.

Hey Jaded mate, they seem to get bushy as anything under the LEDs and thicker branching, but the negatives are poor light penertration to lower branches and leaves causing wilting and dienig off, and weird and wonderful leaf colouring occasionally. Striking cuts in a propagator under them is blistering root growth and quick striking, but young seedlings hate it and prefer T5 light.

The mum is a Psycho Diesel LLP cut.

That light really fooks with your eyes before I put my glasses on lol When I open the hatch I ceel like a rabbit caught in the head lights, and the green you see is trippy.

Hey buff my friend, I have hsd to resort in smoking only those chem d and j buds due to vaping them was causing my mind and thoughts to race like crazy when I went to bed causing hours of lieing awake and scribbling down grow room ideas. I love my sleep so will be getting some hard hitting indicers in. I am slowly sussing these lights out now mate, but there has been some right mistakes lol.

Hey E, I will be replanting into larger pots then flowering off tomorrow mate, I know these pots are to small as when they are dry they Psycho D falls like a falling tree, so watering every day is a must.

Lol SF I am trying anyway to stay happy with what I have and ditch my canna magpie ways lol.

I have now finished the UC with drippers on a Nutrimatic Timer set on 10 second drip intervals. I had to cut down the spikes as they stood to proud initially in the 3" net pots causing water to go everywhere.

Just below the net pots the water is flowing through from the header tank at the top of the NFT tank under the bases of each pot and returns via 2 x 3000lph pumps.

I have included a shot of my hanging humidifier and 13 ltr bucket reservoir as I found the unit to noisy on the floor so suspended the lot and drilled a hole through the bottom of the bucket and inserted a line with a tap and sealed it into the bucket, I then use a length of 6mm hose to feed the humidifier via gravity. There is a humidistat that controls the RH hanging on the other side of the bucket. I positioned the outlet of the humidifier facing the fan to circulate humidity across the plants and away from directly blowing into the LED light units which causes them to go out lol.

The plants are currently under 12/12 for a few days to spot the males as they are showing no signs of pre flowering yet to identify. Once the males are identified and eradicated I will add cuts to replace and veg the whole under 18/6 tying them down from left to right causing a weaved mat across the bed of tray, then once I am happy with the spread I will flick to 12/12 causing a netless SCROG.

Yeah mate there are a few of the seeds that are very Sativa leaning and stretched like buggery, that's the great thing about growing several different seed stock, you never know what your going to get Hope they all smoke nice.

As for evening out it will not matter though as once identified they are all getting tied from left to right in a weave, more bush less height more buds.

Here is a few pictures of the mums in their final resting place, the mark 2 taller cupboard as this is 7' high and my last one was only 4' with a vegging chamber on top but that's no longer needed now as I have a clone/veg tent.

Excuse the lights on but during flower I promise lights off. The strains are: Stardawg, The White, Killer Queen, Warlock, WD-40, Psycho Diesel and Chemmy Jones or Dog??
I am using the Blumat drippers in coco I bought years ago, which leads me on to a question for any Blumat users: I filled them to the top with water and left them soaking for an hour like the instructions said, then when I repotted the mums using coco as moist as it comes out of the bag, I stuck in the ceramic probes and set as per the instructions off then 2 click back so they did not water but how dry does the coco have to get before they come on? Thanks.

Hey bro, The bending should be easy as I just clip bulldog clips down the sides and tie off them to a bent paperclip on a string with a sliding knot to adjust when needed. I hope the run does ok as I have still not yet flowered under these LEDS.

Nope not tried it before but it should be easier than a SCROG apart from I may have to use some yoyos to support the buds instead of a net We will soon see...

Next run I'll have my unit inplace of my plasma to see what it does between 2 600w gavita lamps.

Hey Herb, thats exactly why I am continually documenting this grow flop or not to see exactly what can be done with these, and the problems you can face using them. I was going to use one between each Magnum XXL I have after my last flop, but I have sussed them out a bit now so I am prepared to try all LED again. I still have not flowered under them yet so I will still be an LED flowering newbie, and I will be very interested in the yield that can be acheived myself.

These were flowered under the led mate which I'm quite happy with

2nd one is kqxssh (and now revegging) 1st is Psycosis x Ssh
