I know there are outdoor panels, but it seems a pita to go outside in rain or snow and reset a breaker, why not build the house with service panel located in a room. What if your neighbor suspects you have a grow and doesn't like it and shuts off your power, I would put a tamper switch on the cover and let you know if someone opens the cover door.

Then you shoot him.

No but you can put a small luggage combo lock, all the weatherproof panels I've seen have the holes for them... and I've pretty much exclusively ever seen outdoor main panels here in the US

Seems like a pita to run all the home run circuits outside the premises to wire into the breaker panel. If NMD comes through the wall it will be exposed to mechanical damge. I just don't see why a builder would put a pane outside, when inside is more convenient.

That so insane that I had to comment. Good fucking job and i love your enthusiasm. Just can only wonder why you need soo much wattage. Maybe to grow once and be set for life? haha 10 year cure?

Good luck, keep it up, and be safe. I will be following

Soo much wattage??? More like not enough wattage :)

I take care of a couple people and their medicinal needs; my girlfriend is epileptic and we've been working on some special medicine for her that seems to be working really well. Anywho, to take care of my patients and myself, i need alot of weight. I have the paperwork to grow 200+ plants, but thats just too much work. I'de rather grow trees than 200+ little ones.

Thanks for stoppin in.

building code is what determines where your main breaker panel is located. outside is probably a safer option, in the event of a disaster you do not need access the inside of the house to turn off utilities, like a gas line has a disconnect outside the house. and if for some reason your main breaker box is inside the house there is more than likely another main disconnect breaker outside where the power comes into the house.

besides why is anyone concerned with the breaker box i wanna see more pics of all the cool equipment your setting up. next time Dabs double it up for an even 24k.

My electrician buddy hooked me up with some wire for free + some fittings and pipe. Homie owns a multi million dollar commercial electric company and let me come down to one of his jobs and take a few rolls + ground. Whatapal.

Still trying to figure out exactly what I gotta do to set my power box up. Thats the one thing sorta holding me up right now. I may start to hang lights and fans and filters and stuff tonight, but I may wait.

Heres the plants, vegging along nicely.
