Impressive work. Can you speak a little about the startup costs associated with getting a license, establishing a LLC, finding a grow-friendly lease? Thank you :D

merrblah: Colorado is an incredible state. I have been doing this for many years and was grandfathered into a more relaxed legal system. not to say we are not by the MMED books.
Finding a lease is not as hard as you would think, commercial property, and residential property are available all over CO, post on craigslist. if you are looking for a place look at the colorado Utility cost map, different neighborhoods differ greatly.
I am leaving this lease soon is any one is interested.

our greatest hurdle has been recruiting patients, although we are growing way less plants then we are aloud. (6 per patient in CO.)

Coming up soon (week'ish) we will begin a 25plant per light SOG. under 25 lights.

I could be interested in your lease... I was going to PM you, but you need more posts first. I've got a few questions (e.g., monthly lease payment, average utilities, water access, what city, why you are leaving, etc.)....

I guess we wait until you get to 50 -- wouldn't want to make any details public..

Also, you mentioned going with a 25 plant per light SOG which reminded me of one of my all-time favorite grows (i'm sure you've already seen it, but if not, prepare to enjoy):

Blazeoneup's 4,000 watts 64 plants, Ready Set Grow :)

He went 16 per 1k and had solid results. Obviously it depends on the desired veg time & strain, but it should be a useful reference. Good luck!

Thats a lot

side by side test proves this; Lakeland and ProMix are essentially the same save lots of money stay out of the hydro shop.

Property owner is taking the building back after the lease is over; I am hoping to attend a university next year so this is the last big go.

Yield was not killer on the big plants; lot of low yielding genetics. If I was to fill the room with all blue dream the results would likely be 30% heavier. But at the end of the day patients want variety and some of our people are homebound; not into going to the dispensary.

let me see a picture of your 16lighter Ms.98'th Percentile, bet you have a bumper sticker:biggrin:
