I picked up a pack of Nepalese Jam on sale for 25 euros from Ace Seeds. Out of the three females I flowered, two were a bit above average particularly in yield. The third was a real gem and it still haunts me that I didn't clone her. The bud was amazingly frosty and quite dense, heavy yield, good vigor and excellent medicinal effect. It had a very dreamy yet upbeat sativa effect. It remains one of the only Sativas I have found that actually works on pain. It was something special.

Although not on weekend special and over 50.00 I must admit I'm waiting with anticipation for Chimera's Mental Floss to be added to the stash. 60.00 US dollars. Chimera is a legend in the game so I have high hopes when I run her next round.

Med Man is def on my radar for future purchases! Got some freebees from Med Man, Tahoe OG x Skunk. Popped two seeds. Ended up with a small male that I culled a couple of days ago and a big girl that's been in flower for a week.

Pics from last week. She's a big girl so I ended up bending over so she wouldn't out grow my kinda small cab.

About 20 years ago tossed a bag seed in the neighbors yard. A short skimpy yielding Indica grew- deepest purple almost black in color- fruity smelling and tasted like grape wine. Never had anything like it since.

New House Seeds Red Headed Stranger (This is an F2 I made from a $35/pack of 6)

Sensi Seeds Mexican Sativa (~$35/pack of 10)

While I've had some real gems come from paid-for breeder pack seeds, still nothing has been as interesting as homespun crosses made by friends.

bboybungus could you tell us a little more about the mexican sativa? like high, taste, smell etc?

Also how many did you grow and was the any garbage phenos?

Grew two full packs, had the one female, and one male that I kept. It was in a ~2gallon self watering pot that I cut the rim off for space. Super soil and good water, combo of HPS, T5 and LED (have since dropped the LEDs). Untopped the yield was 2x-3x everything else in the tent, chopped on day the pic was taken, day 56 of flower. Super dense, with a very high calyx to leaf ratio, the smell/taste reminded me of a cut of UK Cheese I've had. The female in pic is seeded, FYI. For the price, I have no complaints, considering I've spent 4x as much on a pack and gotten nothing. I used the male I saved to hit my Red Headed Stranger F2's as well as a Ken Estes Purple Dream.

Thanks for the additional info bboybungus. I got all excited when I saw your pics thinking they were pure mexican, I read the sensi description and it says they are mexican x durban/paki, a little misleading.

Still nice product you got there tho.

Anything E$kob@r does seems to be gold. Usually less than $50 shipped. Dynasty also has some nice strains over at S@nnies shop.

I keep looking at the Abusive Kush Haze F2's on the server fund side of the bay. For $30, there has to be some fire in there.

Bmac, there is some fire in those beans.
1 of the best plants i've grown came from them,it had a great mdma like high and stunk to high heaven.
I did get a few nanners on a couple of them but was well worth the minor irritation of picking them off

The best $40 i ever spent was on dynasty's ssh f3's,every girl i had from them was excellent with a buzz that just put a big grin on your face while staring at the joint wondering how you got that smashed so quickly

Still kickin myself in the ass for not learning about cloning methods! I'm going to change that soon!! Thanks for your input IC!! Keep em' coming!!

Cloning can be as easy as putting ima cutting in a glass of water & changing the water every few days. There's really no need for hormones or any special equipment.

Bad ass strains under $50 are all over the place. The best, imo, are free from friends side projects. You know you found something you like when you want to go through hundreds of seeds of that particular strain.

Lets see what I can think of off the top of my head...
Rocky Mtn Buds: Grapefruit Haze
RMB: Big Mountain Blue
KC Brains: Mango
Flying Dutchmen: Pot of Gold
Silverella Haze (Silver Surfer knock off)
NYCD x Blueberry Blast
$@nnies: Afghan Hawaiian x Blueberry Sativa
Med-man: Headband

Price per pack is somewhat an unfair comparison, imo. Price per seed seems a bit more fair. I don't buy a pack of 5 or 6 seeds ever & I noticed that Nirvana packs doubled in price over the last few years. I remember when they were selling 10 packs for $30... now they're 5 packs for $30.
