i'm not 100% sure but i think i might have root aphids.
been having some weird problems which i associated with my recycled mix, but once i noticed it on the trays i knew something was fucked up.
i have also rid myself of fungus gnats by using DE in my mix, did that awhile ago and was fine.
then i started to notice some fliers around, was thinking gnats again.
also chalked it up to some shit coming out of my worm bins.
sometimes when i leave some old fruit or veggies sitting on the top tier of the bins to further break down, i'll see some small flying bugs near the rotting shit.
i also have some soil mites in the bins too, so i'm never really 100% bug free in the grow due to this.
but these fliers are slightly bigger than gnats and so i started reading up.
sure reads like RA's to me, so i picked up some bayer fruit and veg w/ imid and some bonide granules w/ imid.
mixed the granules into all my soil plants and added the liquid f & v to my res'
seems to be working pretty good, but time will tell i guess.
just another thing to go wrong, when it rains it pours, lol.
anywho...
had a hash run after cleaning the spot and running some trim and aging buds that i'll probably never get to smoke.
blew 2 tubes of BHO and like 3 or 4 trim runs in the bubblenow.
time to make some jelly
BHO is moslty Kush-O-Nesia and some ECPC remains. vac'd pretty good this time, i'm learning.

Looking killer, MP! Great mix of strains you have running.....always enjoying the show. Looking forward to seeing those ChemSour x SSCDH flower out. That was some great smoke.....still saving a tiny sample for a rainy day, lol. Nice job on the hash too......bubble & bho both look dope!
I know what cha mean bro. I was sailin smooth for a good stretch there, and then it just seemed like one thing after another. And I only have a small amount of plants to care for.
And fwiw, all-in-all, ur plants really do look great! especially considering how much you got goin on. Your Wu tang kung fu has many styles
And them RA's are hard to i.d. imo. I thought i might have had them, but could never find one dead or alive. At least not with my 30x loupe.
I dumped my soil and nutes, cloned my mothers and dumped them. And treated the new soil/plants with DE and azamax. And im still kinda seeing some slight mag def's. And i haven't been overwatering or under feeding lately. So im pretty stumped. Hopefully ill get it worked out soon though. All my new growth looks good, but it has looked good b4, and then got that ugly mag def look once they get bigger. Some of the leaves have these tiny hole thingys that look like the leaf got rubbed against concrete or sandpaper. Im not sure what that is.
Anyways sorry for rambling!
Pimpin - I'd strongly advise you to dump your res with the imid in it. When I had RA I just hand watered in two full strength doses, then allowed the flood drain table to water normally with straight nutes. With just two doses watered in I got what looked like reveg growth for about a month before normal growth resumed. Imid is hard on your plants, and it's systematic, so no need to keep it in the res. Do make sure you soak absolutely every speck of media, RA are the most resilient bug I've ever had in the garden. I'd also recommend bombing your room at least twice 3 days apart to kill the flyers, and any that might be hiding in the cracks of your room. Nuclear is the only way to win this war. Trust me, these little fuckers have a hard on for life. I've read of people I respect having success with Met 52. It's a bacteria, so it doesn't have any of the safety or longevity issues of Imid. Something to look into. Also I found that SM90 will kill them at all stages of life. Wasn't enough to stop my infestation on it's own, but it definitely helped, and is a great preventative measure for the future.

a nice space saver, only so much floor space.
so we go vertically.
my new toy, i been really digging waterfarms so i picked up a kit.
res outside the room to keep temps down.
setting up, got some organics in there in between the farms fed w/ blumats
the steadfast 2x2 trays, i never change this up!
tray on left is in frush mode.
3 ecsd and 1 killer queen.
other tray is rom's ssh

clones were vegged for a little while and are all about 6-9" tall.
i'll snap pics before the lights come on another day.

FYI,
the farms are using RO, V&B Dirty and +life for a fert.
I run the dirty is e&f w/ hydroton at another spot and is giving me no problems so far.
