It was on the TV news so it must be true - right? There was a grown man in charge of that department in Denver. Seriously it sounds like every smell will meet the proposed ordinance. There is a pet food plant towards the N.E. Denver along I-70 that stinks to high heaven. If that meets the law anything can. There are a lot of warehouse grows in the Platte River valley in Denver. When Med first started the locals were whining about all the skunks that moved in. I figure someone forgot the Carbon filter.

They've done a lot to tone down the reek from the dog food factory- probably got tired of paying fines.

There are several warehouse grows near my workplace & the smell is occasionally pretty strong, if for short periods of time. The fact that it smells like something natural, a skunk, probably deters a lot of complaints. The Platte river is nearby, and the river channel provides habitat & cover for a lot of wild critters, from rabbits to muskrats to foxes, coyotes, raccoons & skunks as well. We live in the heart of the city, and foxes are a common sighting early in the morning. Coming home late one night a couple of years ago, I spotted a skunk sauntering across my neighbors' lawn, less than a half block from a major thoroughfare.

The nasal ranger was developed to help identify & control industrial odors, not cannabis. It's apparently a very useful tool for people tasked with maintaining air quality. Read up-

Denver's air quality is much, much, *much* better than when I moved here in the early 70's. Pollution control works, even if it's sometimes a PITA when your car won't pass the emissions testing.

This is all about money to grow the economy and create more useless jobs, IMO.

In Irwindale, CA the city is trying to close down Sriracha Hot Sauce factory, due to the ODORS, similar as above. People are complaining about the smell & air burns their eyes.

The bottom line is; The city wants them to put a half million dollar filtration system in. Which is most likely what CO is up to, as well!
