Help identify led grow Panel

Got this light from a buddy just wondering if anybody knows anything about it. I think its pretty old so its probably like 1w leds maybe less than. Anybody ever seen this led before or knows any info on it.

Mods u can can delete i dout anybody will respond its probalby a very old home made unit.
