Man... I just took some rips off my pipe with the lady after a few days of not toking and found this video.. Shit made me laugh fuckin hard, its this dude Hannibal Buress. He's on a show called the Eric Andre Show.. You all need to check out both of these if you likes some laughs.

Hannibal Buress was at the Festival Supreme a couple weeks ago in Santa Monica. Seems like all my favorite comedians and comedy acts were there. It was all organized by Tenacious D (Jack Black's band, also my favorite tv show in college. Also the greatest band in the history of music). Mr Show with Bob and David (other favorite comedy show in college), Zach Galifianakis, Tim and Eric (from the Tim and Eric Awesome Show, truly awesome), Sarah Silverman, Adam Sandler, Eric Idle (from Monty Python), and tons of other great acts were there.

The one recurring theme through the day was weed. :) I knew Sarah Silverman got high, but she talked about it more this time than when I had heard her before. Stoner comedians are the best comedians.

Daniel Tosh is one of my favorites right now. I cant wait for another released tour or something.
The all time greatest standup gig has to be Colbert at the white house, right in front of bush. The look on his face was priceless. Whats funnier is he probably didnt even get the jokes.

I can't really pick one, so in no particular order beyond the order they popped into my noodle....
Stewart Lee, George Carlin, Lenny Bruce, Doug Stanhope, Dead Bill Hicks(Stewart Lee reference), Ed Byrne, Bill Bailey, Reginald D Hunter, Louis CK, Chubby Brown, Bernard Manning.

I confess the last 2 were a little joke of my own...

I really enjoyed this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G9ITT3NOLJk

EDIT
Forgot to add http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KSEtMZh2exc
To explain the Dead Bill Hicks thing...

Seriously, the Chubby Brown and Bernard Manning thing was a joke, please don't PM me to explain the error of my ways or de-friend me LOL.

Here's some Bill Bailey. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YV9nN-euwbs
Loved bill since I saw him at the Phoenix Festival in 95 doing his donkeys on coke bit, and the Smells like Teen Spirit/BBC Snooker theme bit.

my favorite stand-up comedian was Rodney Dangerfield, I lived in NY & went to his club many times.......

if you YouTube any vids taking place in his NYC club you'll see that tiny stage they used to allow more table space, it's a really small club.

No particular order

Rodney Dangerfield (completely upstaged everyone in Caddy Shack)
Sam Kinison
George Carlin (my all time favorite)
Cheech & Chong ("Dave's not here man")
Bill Hicks
Bill Cosby (I grew up on his albums)
Jim Carrey (I've only seen one of his stand up routines, but it was hysterical)
Robin Williams (best stream-of-consciousness comedian)
Steven Wright
Dennis Leary
Christopher Titus
Joe Rogan
Dave Chappelle (best comedy show on TV ever)

I could go on, but my post would be enormous. I love standup comedy.
