I am starting this thread (with Payaso’s blessing) in the organics section so that all members who know Vonforne are aware of his current situation with being arrested and charged with cultivation in Kansas.

He is now free on a bond but faces an arduous legal battle for his freedom. He is up against a possible 12 to 20 years in prison.

I have been working directly with Vonforne to set up a site separate from IC where people may contribute to his legal defense fund. We are working through the mechanics of this as quickly as we can.

Von wishes to extend his sincere thanks to all those who have extended expressions of empathy and offers of help.

i intend to send some packs of seeds for the bay to sell for his fund.
i also heard Von has sent some of his extensive seed stash in to be sold too, i imagine there would be some great rarities in there.

There is no running in this day and age unless you are young and well supplief.......or mexican. Von is none of those so it is stand and fight it out with a good lawyer.

We did a thing here in California in 76' dubbed the marijuana marathon as a fund raiser for NORNL and to raise awareness for medical use. Several years later bills were passed to protect our rights. Several years later President Obama finally eased up on state's rights.

It's great to hear that he made bail. I will contribute, I have some seed made this season which I would like to auction for Vonforne, there are a few types and they all grow great weed. All the money raised can go to the Vonforne fund.

Is it possible to set something like this up?

If so I can send some packs into Clarence and he can distribute them.

Alternatively they could go out to people who contribute to the fund.

I will happily send a few freebies to someone who wants to test a few varietys first.

admin arent going to allow any fundraising other than straight donations to his legal fund (from what ive been told). so hopefully those that can afford it will all give generously.
