At 9:40am the Crown gave my lawyer a post-it-note with the amount of jail time, fines, and probation....

At 9:41am it was in the trash....she said she came for war...so we were going to war...

At 11:25am the Crown was telling the judge that they would like to withdraw all charges.

At 11:28am I walked through a hallway with a bunch of cops that weren't laughing and joking like they were an hour n' a half ago...



I'm free.

And not in that "I'm not in jail" type free....real freedom...my mind is at peace.

Thanks all who offered advice and support. It'll never be forgotten.

But now I'm gonna roll like a fatty and catch up on 17 months worth of lost sleep...

I'm gonna do a summary and a huge rant tomorrow...I know you've all heard it before...most feel it in your core.

Tomorrow is the better day...seems the few solid people I do know know took me out for a night on the town.

I'd like to say it was a night of chasing skirts...but I just sat at the end of the bar with this shit eating grin ...thanked them, then came back here. Hard to describe...its like a euphoria? but not drug or alcohol induced....doesn't mean I'm not gonna fire up a bowl after this.
