"California Finest Premium Grade Marijuana Cigarettes"

I met these guys at the SF Cannabis cup a couple months ago.
I sampled one, and it was solid. Seemed like it was made with all bud. Tasted great.

Their website is up and running and they are now filling orders from medical patients & clubs in California.

5 grams of dank OG Kush for only $60 bucks? I'd buy that often to be honest. And I always have chronic.
Plus the novelty and ease of use is golden. They aren't weighing the paper. 5 grams of bud, says so on the package.

100% organic & hydroponic=oxymoron?

Yes, many people do it. General Hydro has a line called General Organics. Works GREAT.

Hydroponics is just the kind of nutrients you use (and often automated).

Organic Hydroponics
"Organic hydroponics uses organic fertilizer. In organic hydroponics, organic fertilizer is degraded into inorganic nutrients by microorganisms in the hydroponic solution via ammonification and nitrification. The microorganisms are cultured with a method of multiple parallel mineralization. The culture solution can be used as the hydroponic solution.

Studies for establishing organic hydroponics have been conducted for a long time. Kennedy Space Center has studied organic hydroponics for crop production in space."

I knew folks with a Bonsack Cigarette Rolling Machine that did this more then 30 years ago and got popped after a few years selling their prerolled joints. They sold ton's before they got busted.

Not a PLUG.

Don't know these guys, don't care.

Just thought it was "cannabis news" worthy.

-----------

But honestly, even here in San Francisco 5 grams of organic OG Kush for $60 is a deal.
At the clubs you'd only get 3.5 for at least $50 or more of dank organic OG.

i wouldn't pay that much for their Blue Dream or Trainwreck joints though.
Blue Dream is everywhere and cheap, and I hate Trainwreck.

-----------

Guess I'm the only weed-loving weirdo that think this is cool as shit.

Haters gonna hate.

Organic lol
Why so much packaging for 5 joints/ I fit 10-15 in packs all the time
Guess we will have to wait for a real company to come along and sell real packs at an affordable price once its legal nationwide or something

So this is a cunning way of getting rid of all the B grade outdoors?

Too ugly to sell nugs so they pre roll it an stick it in a box.

Im guessing it's a novelty because what does it take all of a minute to roll up a fresh one.

they shouldn't be called cigarettes. no need to be tied to a tobacco product cancer stick. I wont ever buy a pack of pre rolled. I grab a single occasionally. I been using my ciggy machine for a long time to roll em. just rip off filter an smoke. you can also pull out cotton an insert cardboard end if ya so wish.

I'll bite...

-5 joints could be a convenient number for a night on the town or a day out for a casual smoker or some friends to share.
-keeping the weight under 1/4 ounce makes its potential marketability better in other medical state with lower carry-weight limits than California.
-Keeping it in a cig sized box keeps the look familiar and easier to pass off as something common and normal.
-price might reflect a 100% retail markup from the packager to the seller.
-10-15 joints at 1 gram each would probably bump the price too much so it wouldn't be as much of an impulse buy or quick easy buy, and more of a spending decision.

It seems these are aimed at people who just want something quick and convenient. In other words, they probably have more money than time. People will buy at that price, so why drop it?

As someone else said, this seems like a great way to get rid of B-grade and machine trimmed stuff that isn't selling for anything appreciable.....so use that down time and package it up. Can't fault anyone for that.
