The video is really profound and enlightening. I know for myself, I really feel differently when I am able to go barefoot in the forest, on the beach and other places. Now I know why. Regardless of how you feel about Mother Earth, we really and truly are connected and this video proves that.
Imagine the implications this could have with cannabis growing by grounding the plants.
Thanks headband for posting this. It has really impacted my thoughts and ideas about being grounded. I will researching this more and putting it into practice in my own life and I will spread the word around.

I used to go barefoot all the time. but with endless assholes I got tired of broken glass an nails in my feet even in remote areas. got a cut worthy of a few stitches wading in the river in sequoia .

Interesting video HB.Got me to thinking for sure.I'm not particularly handy,but I imagine I can figure something out to use.
It's nice that I live near the ocean too,cause they say that laying in the salt water is good for you as well.

Yup the salt water should do it . I know for me I love to swim and just be in the Ocean ....I live in an apt building and I'm going to assume that taking a bath or shower is close to grounding as well. I think I am going to give this one a try and see if I notice any changes. Yes I would say the moccasin's are very grounding too. stay frosty headband 707

Re lying in the ocean - does you a world of good. It's how I detoxed after the Gulf... Absorbing the magnesium & iodine & other minerals thru the skin is vital. Then your body can manufacture glutathione which helps you detox from bad chemicals...

And you'll just feel so much better, too.

Just be sure to find some uncontaminated ocean. I'm not sure there is any in the northern hemisphere anymore...

I doubt that there is any clean water near me,being so close to "Fecked-a -shima" and all,but what can ya do?Going to get me some 20 gauge and a ground rod and give 'er a whirl.
