The system as it is , is unsustainable. Sooner or later things are going to collapse.
Be ready.
Im glad I dont live in the city or the suburbs because that is where the SHTF first when things get real.

You couldn't pay me to live in a big city. NO fucking way.

The concentration of assholes is just too g'damn high, and it's easier for them to blend in and hide in that environment.

We have assholes in the country, but we all KNOW who they are and can avoid them. In a city? Not so much.

I know all my neighbors and being part community of around 5000 people makes everyone recognizable. I drove into town to the general store this morning. Had three vehicles in front of me and two behind. I know all of them. Walk into the store and everyone in there knows everyone. Things wont go well for the Welfare zombies should they decide to go "foraging" around these parts.

chase bank limits cash withdrawals and stops all wire transfers in lew of shutdown ,bank run !

http://jhaines6.wordpress.com/2013/...s-from-top-to-limit-cash-for-unknown-reasons/ latest on chase bank clamping down policies.

CHASE BANK INITIATES CAPITAL CONTROLS, LIMITS CASH WITHDRAWALS & BANS INTERNATIONAL BANK WIRES!

http://www.silverdoctors.com/chase-...sh-withdrawals-bans-international-bank-wires/
i've posted a lot on this on the gold thread:

basically, the financial rules have been changed world-wide. deposits at banks are legally considered unsecured lines of credit. the banks are mandated to take deposits to keep the bank afloat if bank gets in trouble solvency wise. the system has also been clamping down on depositors ability to move their money outside the system.

google "cyprus bail in" for the story.

my perspective is that the us gubmint has made a lot of people dependent on the system for survival and if we don't agree with their nwo policies they can pull the rug out under our feet as a strong arm tactic to get our compliance with their very unpopular policies.

the fiat money system (all currencies are now fiat for the first time in human history) is a giant ponzy scheme. the food stamp program is a huge ponzy scheme. the system can't allow anyone to move their "storehouse of wealth" from fiat into gold/silver. this is why gold/silver have been manipulated way beneath their true $valuations.

ive said it for years, the food stamp system should be limited to foods that meet strict nutritional guidelines. my buddy works in a big store and he says the things that most EBT orders are made up of is appalling. soda, cheetos, top ramen etc.

we shouldnt be paying for the lazy fucks to get fat and sick only to have to pay again for their medical expenses from a self induced condition. its bullshit.

this is not an attack on all EBT users, just the abusers

Part of the problem I think, and I'm not sure why or where or when it started, but many people who get Food Stamps have this notion that Food Stamps is supposed to be enough to cover all of your food needs. The program Food Stamps originates from SNAP tells you in the first part of the name this isn't true. It starts with Supplemental as in to supplement, to add on to. So I think what happens is people say "Well fine, if it's not going to cover all my needs I'll spend my money on the important stuff and use the Food Stamps to get the stuff I don't really need but still want. The best explanation I've heard came from that girl I was dating who worked in Social Services. She said Food Stamps are really more to fill in the gaps and if you're too poor to contribute any money towards your food then it's meant to supply the things Soup kitchens and Food Pantries don't. So that between those various food sources you can have a balanced nutritionally sound diet.

I'm not so sure you need to worry about that. In recent years a term has popped up in discussing how America is. The term is Food Desert. Which means essentially that there are areas that are so plagued with crime and low income family's that don't spend much at stores, that no decent grocery store or the like wants to do business there. Which forces the people who live there to have to travel much further then normal to get food. It was this reality that led to places like Gas stations, convenience stores and some beer/wine stores to start accepting Food Stamps because they do have some food choices (usually at greatly inflated prices but what does that matter when Uncle Sam is picking up the tab)?

So in the event the EBT system goes down I don't think you have to worry about starving Food Stamp Recipients coming to your rural areas to get your Food.

What I find even worse are those who condemn people on Food Stamps because of abuses and yet feel perfectly comfortable with buying Food Stamps off of people at 50 cents on the dollar thereby facilitating and expanding the ability of people on Food Stamps to abuse the system.

"The Electronic Benefits Transfer system responsible for providing 50,000,000 Americans the means to put food on the table has crashed."

It looks like 1 in 6 Americans is on food stamps. So why get upset if the other 5/6ths get some of their stolen money back by buying back some of their stolen money?

And for the 1/6th that chose to sell some of their stolen benefits to the 5/6ths are producers, everyone wins. The moocher can buy cigs and beer, and the hard worker gets a little rebate on the government theft he has to live with everyday.

You can't abuse a system, unless immoral governments intentionally create flawed systems. God I wish we could go back to 1908 laws and understanding of LIFE.

iwould be willing to buy food at 50% on the dollar just bring me the food and the receipt ,,instant rebate, but think of this for a min ,you are getting chipped through Obama care ,it is going to happen ,and cause a war here ,but if you cut off food supply first you cant support the militia with food and ammo ,you may not be able to fight but you can leave food out for them at night ,as there will be a sos order during marshal law ,leave food in your trashcan with the lid under the can ammo too ,,obam is weaking the forces before the outbreak ,don't get on a train and don't eat anything handed out by the government, people they gave blankets with small pox on them to the indans in winter ,just left them stacked on the ground ,God help us all

Yeah but the problem is that it isn't everyone that isn't getting food stamps that buys them just like it isn't everyone getting food stamps that sells them. So you have a few people on either end cheating the system and profiting unfairly on the backs of everyone else. Your scenario might only be valid if everyone who doesn't get food stamps bought all the food stamps for sale equally and everyone that does get Food stamps is willing to sell them off for cigarettes and beer. Otherwise it's just a rational for why it's okay to break the law governing Food Stamps.

That's not even taking into account the fact that what if anything the person paid in (had stolen from them by the government as you put it) didn't go all towards Food Stamps and the likelihood is they profited far more then compensating themselves for what money of theirs, if any, ever went to Food Stamps in the first place.

It's not so much the buying of Food Stamps that bothers me though as much as it's the hypocrisy these people spew when they condemn Food Stamps and the people that get them. That and the fact that they are also preying on desperate people and exploiting their desperation, in order to profit themselves by only paying 50 cents on the dollar rather then a more compassionate 75 cents or even more on the dollar. I also find it humorous that many of these same people will say things like they wish they could be more charitable but the government takes to omuch of their money to give to others to do so.

I think people who have paid into the tax system should get the benefit of the EBT card. I also consider it socialist communist. I agree, however, that for sure those who have paid years of taxes should have the benefit of social programs.

If I paid 15%, 30% or even 45% for 5 years 25 years or 50 years, you're damn right I, or those who have, should be benefiting from that card; especially if you lost your home in the past 8 years.

I've also been involved in a street fight with a person on social security disability, and I can tell you, that person wasn't disabled. There are plenty of disabled people who can run a lot faster than I can. I could technically probably be on EBT right now, but I won't do it. Charity, family and my own work feed me and I'm always working on doing better. I eat good and life is good.

TIME TO RETHINK FREE FOOD/EBT?

USDebtClockScreen-shot-2013-10-18-at-4.41.47-PM.png

and it's all bullshit as it's denominated in virtual funny money called $fiat: aka federal reserve notes (not dollars, dollars were backed by gold/silver)

^ this is the problem.

most of the public is not aware that the new debt ceiling can kick has eliminated all spending restrictions on us gubmint. the whole thing was a contrived event to enable unlimited legal tender (not real money) creation, unlimited spending.
