The cute asian gal nextdoor handed me a container of fresh hot marinaded barbequed chicken breast tenders. I steamed up some rice and vegies to go with it. She probably gave me almost 2 pounds of meat

Son, you've got to try some Meadow Foam honey out of Oregon. Tastes like the guts of a campfire roasted marshmallow... You would swear the heavy vanilla finish was added in...

That looks like grandma used to make ;)

I developed a new boil this year as well.. 1 beer, one small can of tomato juice, 1 bottle of hot sauce, 2 jalapenos and some bacon.. Jesus, that's good...

So, what about the tail meat? Well... What do you like?? How about a thin crust pizza with bacon, candy tomatoes and red jalapenos?

That looks delish ,but I really like that idea .I recently seen a cassarole recipe with ground sausage an califlower etc an thought i might try that with all these eggplant i have .Yout got my wheels rollin

These sicilian eggplant are doin really well an still producing plenty in this cool weather

This is my imitation DiNics pork Sandwhich

I made a herb marinade with lots of fresh thyme ,lil fennel seed,lil dry rosemary ,Pinch oregano ,12-15 cloves of garlic ,half onion ,Salt n pepper an a squeeze of half a lemon ,with a few drops of cider vinegar .It was a wet paste type marinade an sat for 3-4 days in the frig


I thinly sliced 1 bulb fennel an 2 onions an than again about 12-15 cloves of garlic Salt pepper EVOO, Pork shoulder on top with SnP an EVOO in a dutch oven .550 degrees uncovered for one hour an down to 275 for half hour than i add half a bottle white wine and stock from one chicken bouillon cube an cover 11 hours later waaalaa bangin fall apart pork with magic drippins


Soo i made broccli rabe on the side with provolone .For the imitation DiNics sandwhich

For those not that aventureishh (pain in the asses) i made wat we call Crunchies .Potatoes cooked at high heat with garlic powder oregano salt pepper Evoo .We fight over these in my house it was mommas special an now i make them better
