Looks like a great year coming for the west! I grew up about an hour east of TSV and learned to ski there as a kid. In the summer my old man used to make me run in front of him to the top of the main chair, the old bastard! Makes me want to cry sometimes living on the east coast, esp when I see the updates for Wolf Creek or Jackson and Targhee.

Pow pow...ski season starting off the right way this year. After two piss poor years we are due for an epic season. Seems as though the weather patterns shifted in about April this year, and have stuck all year...yeah buddy!

Nice to find this thread again this year

Hit up Revelstoke and Whitewater for both their opening days a few weeks ago, SOLID 8 days of riding. Snow cover is a little thin up top in places but a lot more even all the way down for this time of year. Was my first trip to Whitewater and it was so much fun! even if it was -30
