in the end i hope they treat herb somewhat like beer. i can go buy all i need if i choose too, but i can put in some effort and brew all i need for my own consumption and/or can share with friends. there is plenty of room in the market for everyone to have what they need/want as long as they don't blatantly try to fuck everything up .......... which we all know could happen

And giving each community that choice is another feather in the cap of the Colorado model, rural communities that do not want it don't have to allow it, but private patients and citizens retain their rights and have protections from harassment, I really do think a wonderful compromise is being reached.

I guess thats why everyone complains about dispensary herb being shitty. If they would just let people bring there home harvest in the quality would go way up. Right?

I thought you could still backpack stuff in Michigan but perhaps it's changed. Extra herb is turned into product around my parts, what I can't scrape I clean out with iso and make edibles or topicals.

My ladies are coming into the living room tonight.
Well my wife didn't like the idea of putting the cannabis plants in the living room, and there's no way I'm going to move them under my lights to finish, so they're waiting out the cold in the garage next to the new tires for the truck!
they are desperately trying....a bill was just proposed this year endorsed by harbor side that would have changed the game.
i am not a fan of the way the suits are trying to hijack this industry...only big investors can own MJ facilities and the little guy barely has a chance, unless hes managed to launder a cool million over the past decade. guys who used to run their own 20-50kw ops are now just managers for the mega-ops while suits sit back and collect the profit.
F-that shit. anyways im sure once backpacking ends it will pretty much all go out of state.

Some Vancouver company chucked a few million into a Denver op few weeks back. Eff the suits! Mo money Mo problems... Shit is def officially blowing up with that Jan 1st recreational shananigans. Just in time to help pay for flood damage!! The state will hopefully put the extra rev to good use.
