I think John Moonen is setting this place up for the Pattison Group, these assholes have never grown a marijuana plant on their life and probably look down on anyone who does use it for medical or recreational use. I see sever probs with their setup, they have no way to raise and lower the vertical lights for one, the ductwork looks in effecient, etc. I hope they don't get a CPL.

So what, its a free market those with resource to get it going will win. Why would anyone who has a prescription care that the weed is grown by someone who don't give a fuck about weed, that doesn't mean their employees/system can't grow cannabis properly.
If I had a prescription I sure as hell would prefer to buy from someone who has the resources to do it properly vs some guy posting on a Cannabis forum showing picture of how he's gonna grow in an abandoned school or barn.
I have a prescription, I would like to continue to grow my own. I don't want to purchase from anyone.

In a perfect world...the PPL's, DPL's and Commercial Producers would and could, all operate simultaneously. The government(Heath Canada) wants out, that is quite obvious, they should leave the MMAR intact and add the MMPR to care for those who don't want to grow there own. We could take care of ourselves and the CP's could care for those that can afford the program.
If this was the final decision on Medical MJ in Canada, you would see a lot of these so called "Kind CP's" pull there applications, it would not be profitable enough for most, only those that remained, would indeed be "Kind Growers".
Only time will answer any and all questions on how Canada will handle Medical MJ in it's future. But until the fat lady sings...I fully support the Personal Production License.

A free market implies a market without restriction. This does not appear to be that. If it really were, I'd say fuck you to both of your hypothetical groups/people and grow it myself.

They couldn't, even if they were trying, have set up a better example for the 1st patient busted growing to take to court, n show the games the gov is playing with patients supplies of meds, n earn all patients back thier rights.
Though it's not like they've ever been lost anyhow, not like HC has any authority to over turn previously mandated judicial rulings.
Fewer n fewer excuses n moves to make the more they move ahead n try to take control.
Total loss of any control at all isn't far off now.

i dont know how long people will smoke bc big bud for lol. i think it lasted about a year or 2 tops in the real market before it fizzled out.
also looks like skunk #1 for the 12.5:0.5. also a beast. it looks like a costly set up to me.

The logic in paying them, and thinking they're going to fail due to it seems to have gone over my head.
You pay for yours than, n I'll get my script n do for myself as I'm exempt from the cdsa as a patient anyhow, like every other actual sick person.
Besides I thaught everyone who wanted 1 was gonna have thier own license anyhow?
Where are all our big shot producers now? lol

As we speak they are making new amendments to the cdsa to include patients who break the "rules". this is not a criminal charge it is a regulatory scheme. so if you break the regs you get fine or slap on wrist. but still have to do the court dance till you get infront of a judge. Just went through this personally....
