British Scientists Claim to Have Found Proof of Alien Life

we are alien to this world.
no other animal emotes intellect.
we are god.

the universe is not infinite...not if the scientists can determine the edge of it...

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/science/...-lurking-beyond-the-edge-of-the-universe.html

kindea funny, some of the thoughts in here.

why did man create god? out of fear.
why would god create man? ??? it wouldn't, but for that crazy spin, inherent in a particular acid chain, pumping out billions of different iterations caused by damage from cosmic rays, that man (and all other forms of life on our rock) henceforth came.

as inplausible as this seems, an acid etched rock brought forth organic matter...alien life...which might have been carried by comet or meteorite.

many think the universe/multiverse is electric and that is what life is about. our cns depends on electric impulse...and electric impulse can alter genetic code.

scientists cannot determine the edge of the universe. that one falls under "science as interpreted by journalists".

the 'edge' of the universe for scientists is determined by the limit of current technology and knowledge in regards the universe.

Interesting discussion.

It should not be surprising that there is `life` beyond Earth`s atmosphere. Light is life.

Regarding the formation of the earth, it might be insightful to examine several theories in conjunction to better find a median perspective. What we have not viewed mentioned is the theory of at least two (2) or three (3) large chunks of meteor, or other objects, smashing into each other in the midst of intense heat to form the Earth (see perhaps plate tectonics), part of which broke off to form the Earth`s moon. We found that theory while researching the `Big Bang` and similar theories. Incredibly, during this reasearch we found well-versed physicists and other persons actively considering ways to `steer` the Earth into the Sun.

Relevant to knowledge of the Earth being spherical, the learned ones have always known that, as the circumference of the Earth is accurately represented in stone and concrete structures constructed 10,000 - 25,000 years ago. Many of those structures still survive, and are precisely placed around the globe. It is possible these intersecting structures on a global grid was created for energy creation and distribution. Perhaps the knowledge was not always distributed to the populace, for they might have considered leaving the realm of that feifdom for other parts of the globe. Of course, humans migrated across oceans and land anyway, as they do now, for better opportunities, to escape hazards, or pure adventure.

In any event, there is much that humans don`t know, perhaps moreso about what other humans might be engaged in experimenting with, for example, indisputable advances in nanotechnology, which might resemble cosmic dust - if observed (accurately) at all - yet fully automated and controllable. A larger model below, there are some much smaller, that can `swim` through a bloodstream, directed by a human with a joystick.

Flat Earth Society:

http://www.theflatearthsociety.org/forum/index.php

many ancient civilizations indeed knew the earth was spherical, plus knew other things through their astronomical data.

however, the flat earth concept was indeed preached in many ancient civilizations as well, including Greece:

founded in 1956. hardly proof of much. also didn't you ever see any of the vhs videos those nutters used to make and sell? Uber conspiracy nuts who rant about nonsense to sell shit to fools.

There have always been oddballs/conmen who will try to sell the opposite of whatever scientists have to say. The equivalent of hedge fund managers in reality.

Extreme woo woo of the highest order ancient global energy grid do you watch ancient aliens by any chance ?

We are not obliged to attempt to convince any person of anything. Mature persons are well equipped at doing their own research and drawing their own conclusions. Ley lines are no more mythical than longitudinal and latitudinal lines. Both might be entirely useless if one does not know how to navigate.

If an individual researches what some acknowledged pioneers researched, often times the trail leads to the discoveries of far distant millenia.

Leonardo Di Vinci`s sketches of helicopters may have been originals, though none existed during his day, that we can conclusively point to.

If one were to research the matter they might find similar sketches in the ancient texts of India. If we were to base our perspective only on what might be tangible to the public at large, helicopters did not become a reality until very recently. The ideas for them existed long ago. Difficult to state for certain if prototypes were ever constructed.

If one were to only periodically browse through the freely available publications of NASA, among others, one might find far more startling items than harnessing the inherent power of the earth.

There have been quite functional `flying cars` for at least 10 years, yet they are not at the local dealership. They were published in certain publications over a decade ago.

Additionally, we are communicating on the `Internet`, which was operable in the 1960`s. Just 1`s and 0`s configured in a way to be reassembled somewhere else. Another global `power grid`.

Not to mention cell phones and other devices which use various existing waves of energy to transmit data. Television has been around for some time. Just certain publicly owned waves of energy that humans use to transmit data. One could `call` a person virtually anywhere in the world and connect with them instantly. Is that not a global power grid? Was that knowledge only stumbled upon during the industrial revolution?

If one were to only examine the life and work of Tesla, and what he was studying, one might perhaps appreciate more the powers that current exist on Earth that humans have not yet harnessed - or, at least have not yet publicly displayed their capacity to harness said energy. If one were to just examine Tesla`s Wardenclyffe experiments, circa early 1900`s, and his goals for that project, they might find that he was using the same technology found in todays `cell phone`. More importantly, he was attempting to demostrate wireless communication (power) capabilities over 100 years ago.

In any event, we just posted here as the topic was interesting. We are not attempting to convince any viewer of anything. That is each individual`s responsibility to believe whatever they want.

Have you read Bill Cooper`s books? He published his accounts of actual encounters with `aliens` many years ago.

By the way, the jet stream is also global power grid. Partially responsible for how humans travelled to different continents and returned thousands of years ago. Any mariner might attest to the inherent power of the jet stream.

Thanks for sharing.

Respectfully,

srgb, after a couple of lines, I just knew you would be a tesla nut too. So what else? Lock ness? Big Foot? The tooth fairy?
No you absolutely do not have the right to believe in what ever you want. That is what nut houses are for. What you have the right to, is to research and analyse facts. Not to spout nonsense as reality. That is why those books are not in the reference section in book stores and libraries. Lay lines? Really, I didn't even know people were still around who hadn't seen through that shit yet. Please please, don't start with crop circles are alien landing sites next.

the earth electromagnetic field is a scientific fact. empirical proof of it not only limited to the Schumann resonances, etc...

the electromagnetic grid of the earth is considered when it is time to adjust many modern day technologies, navigational, telecommunications and others.

you seem to be stuck in some sort of blind "hard-science" from the 19th century

my point being that not only did many ancient civilizations indeed thought the earth was flat at one time or another; but also, that today there still are people who cling to the notion.

meaning this is not a concept that came out of a Hollywood movie, as claimed earlier. it has been around for a long time.

Back in the 60,s and long before the internet the FES was a debateing and drinking club around the universities , making fun of modern science and interpretation of data , nobody really believed it or took it seriously.

The ability to argue black is white with conviction in a live debate , is a good skill for a career in politics or any public speaking , and was great fun.

The current online flat earthers are nutters and creationists , sadly without the humour and sarcasm of the original incarnation.

:scripture:
No that is my exact point though. People with enquiring minds knew, others didn't consider the matter at all. No one ever believed that the world was flat. Not ever, no one, not one soul.
On the old maps it used to say, "edge of the known world" and the con artists from the flat earth society claimed that was proof. Nonsense, it was simply where they had recorded up to. Its the equivalent of today's astronomers, mapping the observable universe, and someone saying, "so there is the edge of the universe" No, it's just what has been seen so far.

If it does turn out to be true , then seeding of life on multiple planets within a solar system may be common , significantly increasing the probability of life elsewhere in the universe.

It is generally accepted that most of the earths water was deposited from comets , can imagine that something simple could develop over four billion years in cometary debris , but its easier to believe that life originated on the much more hospitable conditions on earth , shielded from huge temp changes and cosmic radiation , with liquid water.

No society that had maths , navigation and recorded observation of the stars would have thought the world to be flat , but nearly all considered the universe to revolve around the Earth , until decent telescopes proved the case.

God, or God's, are us from the future.

I think most can agree that eventually us stupid humans will figure out time travel. With that agreement means that we have already time traveled.

Flying chariots, walking on water, water into wine, etc.., were all things that our future selves had the technology to pull off.

Most major religions have very similar starting stories. So how would people on different continents have similar back stories to different religions?

Our future world dominator's went back to try to control what they did not like about their present. The technology already exists in that time frame.

Or I could just be a stoner. :)

IF there was an actual "big bang" that created the universe, then there has to be an edge.

so what if that isn't how it was created.

there is either an edge or not, regardless our ability to discern it.

if there was no "big bang" as theorized, it still doesn't rule out an edge.

my personal theory is that the universe is shaped like a toroid and galaxies spin round within that toroid. this correlates well with universal field theory of curved space-time continuum...distances so large that expansion cannot be measured in our time frame (our puny measurements).

the statistical probabilites of extraterrestrial life just about guarantee it.

anything that is "real" and "objective" is always "finite"

a good example is imagining oneself floating in a raft in the middle of an ocean.

yes, from that point of view the ocean may seems "infinite" - but since it is real, it has, what trichrider is calling edges. Something real is always constrained to a certain way of being.

no, we will not figure out time travel. That breaches the laws of physics. The reason people wrongly believe it is possible is because they confuse string theory with newtonian concepts of universe while running einsteinian equations.
