Yea man its been pouring down for a day now, my driveway looks like a river sheding off all the water from the hillside. Agreed my magoo is very frosty despite being early. It's going to take a little longer to stack up than the willys, but should be endlessly more potent.

Sun came out today and dried up all the rain. Its my birthday after all, you would think mother nature would give me a decent present :) Hopefully the weather holds, the forecast says if we can make it until Wednesday it will clear up and be sunny for a few more days.

Mrs Samson was diligent with our cages this year, so all the plants are upright. I'm starting to worry about mold on the boost and will start chopping them down tomorrow night. It's been raining for what feels like days at this point, supposed to stop tomorrow, really hope it does ..

Im in the same boat with the blue tooth.. I found some mold on her this morning...and on a few other girls. :comfort:
It was unavoidable though, the garden gets alot of the mountainous fog and occasionally low level clouds, they were just sitting in the mist for hours the other night....and like you mentioned.. its been raining for DAYS..:dunno:

Im praying and visioning a heat wave in october...cmon sun!

Mrs. Samson and I are trimming away on the two biggest boost plants. Found a few spots of mould this morning, and I'm not risking loosing any of this precious herb. Bud scope says 1/2 cloudy and half clear so its about ripe. Leaving the beds an extra week or two to ripen up a bit, they don't have nugs even close to as big as the moms. The magoo will be next while the boost beds finish up, they are really showing their Willys parentage.

Well sadly my IC mag friends, we had catastrophic loss last night from the tropical storm. Wind ripped out 4 of my plants, literally, broke at the base, snapped my bamboo poles and the plant fell tp the ground. Sat in the rain/mud all night. So they are total losses, can't salvage any off those 4. So many broken branches that I can't count. Sad day on the farm, worst day in a long time.

But we must document the good and the bad, I will Go take pictures when I'm feeling a little less depressed.

Yea man, fucking lame. I went to the OSU game in Corvallis yesterday, so it has been a late night. Pretty much no sleep, got home to find the devastation, and had to throw on the rain coat and hat and light the lantern. Was out there all night trying to save things. The wind broke string and zip ties, wire ties, and broke my 10' Bamboo poles right off at the base, and tossed around these monsters. I guess harvest starts today, I made the call and the TC is on their way.......even my cages made with T posts, the netting just snapped off and so plants lost all support.

Uuug!! Shite that sucks Sampson...hope you have enough survivors to make it a good year anyway...

All the boost are fine and those are the majority of the garden, but lost most of two blue magoo, my alien OG and one black cherry soda. We salvaged as much as we could and hosed it off and hung it to dry, probably oil making material. Its still pouring down rain, wind has stopped but its sideways raining.

Hello all,

Sorry to hear of your loss.

They must have been monsters to be ripped out of the ground as you say.

Good luck with the rest of the grow.
