Salt or Mold?

I see this white stuff on the edge of the rapid rooter....is it mold or is it just salt build up?

Please help!!!!

looks like it could be either, pull it off, scratch it off, water it next watering with a little H2o2 you will clear up the spores/salts and start fresh,

Also check the humidity levels in your growing space, if your getting mold.... too high.

Definitely doesn't look good whatever it is, Arthur Dent posted some good info. Hope you get it figured out.
