Woa looking at that Reminds me of Some Head Scanning Machine at Hospital :)D)
Awesome DD may they Grow As good as Possible.
Pic Everyday pls

P.s Understand you can raise/lower the Screen (?)

How's the Co2 going?

Thanks for the compliment mate.
The screen raises and lowers at each corner via string going through and eye and tied at the required height.
The C02 is going ok but so far to be really honest I am weighing up if its that much better than just having the right environment controlled by the a/c or if the C02 is making a much of a difference? I might try a few weeks with the gas and a few without to see what the difference is exactly. :tiphat::ying:

Yep play around with the Stuff at your own Discretion is what id do.
Y'know what i believe m8! Im yet to try this but if you had your OSCILLATING fan Blowing on your Plants to almost Comical Levels :)D) The Plants would get so Tough (Mega wide Stem) which would Increase Yield (etc!?)
Got to! NO Choice
?

I have an oscillating fan hung on the left and side that you cannot see in the pics, I did have them on the ground but they make to much noise in the rooms below at night, so I have hung one just off floor level blowing across the plants. :tiphat::ying:

Lol thanks for the reminder mate. I was just going to wait now until they where bigger but here are some pics of day 18 veg from freshly rooted cutting. The roots are starting to hang out of a lot of the net pots now but due to over feed problem I have had to reduce the e.c to 1.3 as leaves where showing toxic build up at 1.7 e.c which Killer Queen loved at this age. These American ladies hate their nutes lol and KQ loved them, its all a learning curve. Have also lowered the lights slightly. I am finding vegging is slower with LED so far in comparison to MH, but due to a few early nute problems using Plant Magic I am sure that did not help.

How highs the Lights to the top of the Plants DD ?
Try Raising one a few more inches maybe and Compare Growth!
If they have been Stressed Tho growth will be slower until Recovered.Still I'm a LED Newb but I was happy with yield when they were introduced about week 4-5? Of my Flowering Crop
This is my First time Vegging with them.Think I agree but Stats Matter

Hey Dank Demon,
Do you plan/ or maybe already have done anyting in terms of fimming or topping ? looks like they have enough room sideways for bushing out.
Do you raise your panels for taking pictures or is that how high above the plants they really are ?
IME you need to check the effective footprint of your panel and adjust distance to plants accordingly for best results with LED ( or any other lightsource). This depends mainly on the scattering angle of your reflector and the power of your individual LEDs.
I keep my panel much, much closer to the plants' tops for best results.
Pardon me if that has already been said earlier ;-)

Jah bless man and keep us posted !

Times like this make me want to give it all up.

Times like this make me want to give it all up.

Hey peeps,

In my time growing I have read and absorbed loads of info from both forums and books, and so far have been lucky enough to fix or resolve most problems that go wrong in growing this wonderful plant. But this problem I cannot seem to get right so I was wondering if you guy's could offer your opinion on this? Below are some pictures of my clones that have been vegging in the system now for 20 days since rooted clone, they are slow as fook growing, the leaves are pointing down and they generally look unhappy :( I thought it was toxic build up at first by the dark veins and the fact the e.c was 1.7 when they went into the system, so I flushed the system and set the e.c to 1.3 which is fine for all my young clones in coco, but still no improvement?

My e.c is now at 1.6 with fresh water and nutes, PH is at 5.8 - 6.2, res temps at 21c when chillers on to 26c when chillers off, air temps at 25c - 27c as aircon in room, the led lights where at 3' above the plants as recommended by the supplier but now at 14" above plants in the hope it was that.

It almost seems each plant is displaying slightly different symptoms but all slow growth and this is really starting to make me want to just give up the growing in water to reduce waste and revert to coco, as I never had any problems then :(

I dont think this problem is an environment problem at all just a nute glitch but would like help to confirm and also a solution to fix.

All help and advice is greatly appreciated and needed right now.

The co2 was giving a PPM reading of 950 max and 650 min, but thats ran out again lol so not using any at all now and still no change.

I will recheck the guardian but only calibrated the ph 2 weeks ago with 4 and 7 but its worth a shot at this stage.

I would say Definatly Ph.So similar to Occasional Plants in pots I've Had
Have you been Spraying them? At present my Chem4d is looking the same because I sprayed twice a day for several days with new to me b52 and old rhizotonic which Raised the Ph to 8+? ( blue on the manual tester)
I Blame the b52

Ill do a pic m8, lots of leaves started crumbling off and was going down hill fast unless I did something

Personally I'd flush the Stuff (use a manual tester) and leave them a few days to Recover
Foliar flush too
