Emergency preparation

That was something my Mom taught me. My folks went through the depression, and it was tough. My folks had large cabinets built in the garage, and Mom kept them full.

I have 1000 lbs of food stocks in the garage. All camping/backpacking supplies, fishing (ocean, stream, and lake) and hunting supplies, sprout farm, vegetable seed, tools, first aid supplies (advanced with even gear to stitch wounds) water filtration systems,27 gallons of gas, propane, white gas, alcohol, multiple stoves.

Natural disasters do happen. We also need to watch out petrol backed fiat. That will most likly, eventually turn into a big problem, as history suggests. When? Who knows?

That's weight Unc, my sl2 tent packs at about 3lbs another pound for my marmot 30degree sack and pillow, sure isn't much chill space tho :)
keep in mind a load that would crush your soul in a backpack is nothing in a trailer...sure climbing a hill with a 75 lb load sucks, but its just slow, not truly difficult

you can see the huge advantage the bike/trailer combo has over cars in the case of fuel shortages or grid outages....while the zombies are eating everyone sitting in line to get gas i will already be in the mountains....everyone knows zombies hate mountains...

:tumbleweed: oh man, nice day out, still nice and cool, breeze blowing...but the sun is back out again!!!

only 5 days of rain and i was starting to get cabin fever here!
been pulling weeds, good time to do it since the ground is so soft you can usually get the whole root out....it always strikes me as funny that the mj garden is about a bazillion times easier to deal with than the other gardens...

My old lady has a pocket rocket. It looks a little different though...

That was my line of thinkin too Pappy  thought maybe Unc & Cappy were gettin a little kinky

but it looks like a pretty cool little unit . I have my camp stoves & 2 burner units that i keep right in the pop up . that camper is pretty well stocked with food & water & other essentials . i'd be pretty good for a week or better as long as the battery's charged & the propane tanks are full .
don't do much hoarding here at the house .... always figured we'd head for the mountains with the camper in tow if shit really hit the fan .

evening gang :tiphat: its time to get glued to the chair !!!!

:smoke out:

The huge advantage is this. Bikes go in the truck too. I may very well have a bike trailer or two by then to go in there too. Go as far as you can, then your on bike. Go as far as you can , then your on foot with a pack maybe. We are prepared, and my kids all know what is here and ready in case something happens to me. Even my Childrens mother is covered by these supplies. Toothbrushes. womens hygene needs, etc. That pile is a valuable gold mine. There is a $168 sprout farm in there for instance. It has all types of sprouts and high end mixes. Almond seed and every kind of sprout seed and nut worthwhile. Its all good stuff. Paper products, cleaning supplies, sharpenable razors, lighters, everything is thought of and planned out.

I hit the plants with 100 gallons of fert water. All kinds of goodies in there. 100 teaspoons Surge, 100 teaspoons CAMG, 100 teaspoons of General Organics Bloom, 100 teaspoons of Meta K, 20 Teaspoons of Roots Organic Grow, 100 teaspoons Roots Trinity, 30 teaspoons TopMax Kelp. I went three waterings with nothing at all, because the JL was finishing. Its out, so full nute time. Maybe one more nute watering, then Im probably done for this outdoor run.

Back from market. Four plants went 34 zippers. Not bad for a 600! True OG went ten as did lok. ADawgs went 14 between the two of them and only tested at 13% thc. Needless to say, to the curb she has been kicked. I got no love for these hoes.

i did manage to get a new screen built and a tray scrubbed out for the next two plants in flower and got the 4x4 tent set up with a little carbon filter and fan so i can just go and hang the entire screen, taking down 2 glues tomorrow:dance013:
and moved 1000 lbs of rocks today and managed to grab a quick 12 mile ride...seem to have picked up a wicked front end shimmy, the handlebars are shaking like crazy when i take my hands off the bars..wheel still looks true, its spinning fine, cant see anything obvious aside from maybe the bars are out of balance with all the stuff on them...still gonna haul the trailer up to watch the races in the morning, should be prime traction with the recent rains and some time to dry...

day off?
what is this day off you speak of? lol, actually i just plotted the ride out on google earth and its a tad under 10 miles each way..probably still take an hour to get out there since the last few miles are dirt and theres no telling what kind of shape it will be in...not planning on taking much, just a lawn chair and some food...and a small bong...and this lamp...
