They're all so damn pretty!
Really hard to choose... But my vote goes to OrganicBuds.
The colours are stunning, very elegant looking plant.
The "minimalistic nature" (not sure how to put it) of the picture really appeals to me.
Kind of reminds me of Cocoa Kush (DJ Short).

But really, every plant in this thread is a work of art and deserves to win.

I would have nominated and voted for Weird's photos but it appears they have been removed. They showed full dense flowers unlike the mostly foxtail flowers displayed. Have things changed? Are foxtails good now? (we called them buffalo heads in the olden days)

I've gotta say sgapetti's photos back in the thread show some nice flowers. Darc for the best color.

For vegetation phase Von's indica is a beauty. Love those chubbies!

As far as I now whether the flower is dense or more foxtail-like has no impact on the quality of it, except yield wise maybe.
It is more of an inherent trait than a quality or flaw in my opinion. For example landrace sativas tend to almost always show foxtails.

yes it should be noted that i could no longer see the pics posted by weird or soursmoker - perhaps they have deleted or put their galleries into private mode?

foxtails are a natural feature of some strains/cultivars, and pretty unavoidable unless you heavily manipulate nutrient levels... indeed in some cases the calyxes dont really multiply properly unless they start stacking.
Other times they can be an undesirable second phase of growth encouraged by the soil being too rich.

i'll get the prize sorted out next week and start thinking about another comp for the autumn/winter....
