Problem with freshly planted clone

Hey everyone this clone was rooted in an areo cloner, real nice roots anyways i planted it in some promix bx, when i planted it in the soil i sprinkled in some mike o' rizey granular i used very little in the hole then put the clone in and covered it about 3 days later i started seein this problem, i just flushed her real good, her runoff was like 150 ppm and ph was 6.7.
it started on the newer growth.
she is under 4 ft 8 bulb t5's
