This BATF has proven to be quite the surprise for me.

Having written her off due to being push around by Kong, I figured she would come out on the small side...

I guess having taken the 2~ 80's Sativa's out gave her the space she needed.

She turned out to the be the tallest of all the ladies...
6' +


Though Kong will take the weight Gold metal
BATF might just take Silver as ALL her buds(Even the tiny ones)
are solid and dense frosty as hell and smell just wonderful...

I like everything about this strain....

She is just full of BATF F1 seeds as well AND (just gets better and better) The pop was a Reversed male...

How awesome is that....
This is going to make for some happy testers...
Including myself...
Maybe season 4 for me... lol

I am going to hate to grind all this beautiful bud...
Bag appeal all day long.... Nice.....

Both the Male and female BATF came from the same generation and were grown from 5 of 10 BATF seeds...

I still have 5 more of these parents and that really makes me want to work with this more in the future...


Im feeling really lucky to have chosen this particular male as a father...

Not that I was picky as Im just in learning mode...

I simply got really lucky and feel that this may help the GSC and LB crosses with the structure and bud form....

Having trained her and grown her out 3 or 4 different ways now.
She will give you solid tall dense colas or branched out full 3' x 4'
screened canopy. Depending on how you train her...

Very flexible and easy strain to work with....

Those plants are gnarly - really like that BATF - nice beans :)

And I find that cats do have a purpose - to humor us - otherwise a dog will make any day better - imo

Well....

I just finished brown bagging the last of the ladies and ...

Low and behold I get to doing the Ga3 Treated GS Cookie...

Having stripped the stems
of Alien og into a bowl right as I
took it out the pool.

It was a dead plant in the pot...
Almost snap dried when pulled...

I found nothing....
No seed _ no pollen...

So I figured GS Cookies would be the same...

Ive already posted that Ga3 GSC is a dud...

I de~stem seeded bud,
I fish for seeds...
Then
Grind for seeds...

Once picked clean...

I use a flour sifter to start collecting pollen.
I run the fine material that come from the FS
through a very fine screen and though not 100% pollen
It's real close and looks clean to me....:woohoo:







How stoked am I today....
Nice....

Now I got a pool to take apart and a pool to put together....


Today is a good day.....

word, that's cool about the pollen..... the effort was not in vein - those floppys are looking jam packed with seeds too - good show
