What is the earliest I can apply bayer tree and shrub? I have some hempy clones in solo cups that are filling up with aphids!!

How long do I have to wait to dose them? Should I wait until theyre in their final 2 gallon bucket?

No, get Spinosad for your aphid problem. It is organic and will not make you sick. Yes it will work.

I already have Bayer Tree and Shrub from previous battles with aphids. It doesn't make me sick and it works. I am not looking for other options, I am looking for advice on the earliest it can be applied.:thank you:

Impossible to tell from the picture. You should see lots of them if they are there.

+1 on the neem oil!

I didn't grab any pics when I had my outbreak, but after a spray down with neem and a light soil drench my table was covered with corpses!

Plus it wipes out the Borg aka spider mites too!

you just add neem to water and feed ?

yes....but make sure you use pure neem oil and ensure that it is emulsified....water 2-3 times over 2 week period add neem cake to stop them coming back...5ml/litre is a starting point i have gone up to 12ml/litre

Are these root aphids? I got'em all up in my soil. Tons and tons of them.

There is another bug also in there with them but I have not managed to snap pics of them yet. They have longer spear shaped bodies, are darker colored, and also crawl around in the soil. Much faster though.

I can't identify if they look like the pics of the winged root aphids at the beginning of this thread because they are too small to get a real good look at.

Kind of hard for me to tell from the photos if they have 8 legs or 6 legs and 2 antennae. Mites have 8, insects 6.

You say you have large numbers. If they are RA's, your plants' foliage would be seriously suffering, and you'd have dark roots. Good luck. -granger

Thanks they do look similar. The only thing though is I don't have fungus gnats in my room. Like I said there are those other bugs in the coco but they stay in there and don't fly.

Also I am seeing some strange things going on with my foliage. Some of my leaves are twisting to the side like as if they were mutants, yellowing, stunted growth. Looks like deficiencies. In flower some of my bottom leaves are starting to corrode sort of, and turn yellow. I do have some brown roots also.

It could have been a ph thing because I checked my pen recently and it was off a bit so I recalibrated it, but it just seems odd.

I'm gonna try to get some pics of the other bugs in there.
