Hey, thanks for those nug shots Slip - certainly has the frost!! And definitely glad to here that the blueberry in it is apparent - I'd hate for it to be absent...lol ;) Glad your friend enjoyed it as well!!! Doubleberry...hehehe, well, in a sense he is absolutely correct...lol.

Great work on them, even in spite of the few issues you were having with the room at the time. I know you said you kept a couple

Is it that different from the BS 2.2 as far as how it smokes?? Obviously it's an active, more up smoke if you got all that work done??

Yeah Frank, the flowers are a bit more loose but the joints are just excellent and put me right into work mode. When I do a second run and go through a whole jar by myself I'll have a better idea.:) I've downsized so much since last year and I'm all the happier for it although curiosity will keep me growing for yrs to come. This last 5 months have been full of lucky finds from seeds.

I took a few shots of my Uber donut room. These are all about 60 deg worth of the 360 deg room and most of the plants are Sour BX's, the others have lamps and chains and such in the way and it makes for a difficult view with a camera, esp in the dark.:)There was a fence in there but it's gone, lost in the green. Most of the bigger plants on the outside have 15-20 gal of straight coco.Day 37 of 12/12 with a long veg time, over 50 days for sure. The inside ring at the floor level is full of clones. The ring has 600W lamps all the way down to the floor so the lowers have about as much light as the uppers.

The object of this picture was Highlighters HW X F-13, the frosty plant in the middle. There are two but in this picture they are obscured by the angle and the foliage. They both have direct bare bulb exposure. The Chem D X Topanga is at the right, I had one female.90% of these plants were picked by eye as having whatever it is I want a plant to have, 50 other seedlings/plants were binned for these 12 or 14.

When you say 1 Female from the DxTopanga do you mean that you deemed worthy or do you mean that the others were Male?

Those Sour BX are out of control, bro. Sour Haze is where it's at:biggrin:

I had to make some hard choices when my cooling situation went south so I picked out the best of what I had.I have a stack of beer cups 4ft high from all the seedlings I had. There were 2 of those I flowered and one was male. There was nothing abnormal about the seedlings but I had to be picky about what went in because I was down to one room.I'm going to start a bunch more soon, one female won't be enough to tell me how the mix works out.Growing too much doesn't make much sense for me anymore but it's the damned curiosity that kills me!!:blowbubbles:

Here's a nice close up shot taken by a friend of some Sour BX he recently finished and dried.I can never manage pics like this but it looks good from my seat.:)

Well the weather's cooled down, the chilly wind is already blowing through the floor cracks, I've even had a pre mature turning of some pistils from one or two cold nights .This is when I have to think about what I'll be cutting at x-mas time.:) I'm happy to see the fall come.

i just got caught up in your thread here buddy.. looks like we both got into hot-water by popping so many beans! i ended up having to give away my first round of Pure Kush hybrids cus the place was just way way wayyy to overcrowded. veg is finally looking decent again (spacing wise) but this is exactly the point when i start getting that itch that's telling me to "just take another look thru the seed archive........ one more time" ... next thing i know i got half a shelf full of cups again. oops. ;p)

Things are progressing rapidly here in my superdome. The room is dominated by my Sour BX's but I have a great variety stuck in there and so far there doesn't seem to be a leaf out of place.I was worried after having a few mites in my back room but a douching with Avid seems to have put them to rest for the time being anyway. This plant has more of a sour d profile than some of the sisters, she's big and leggy. The ceiling is about 7'10" I guess the carpenter that put the place together 200 yrs ago had skills much like mine...:)

Wish I was there! You should see the Mendocino Purple I have. I will harvest in the next week. HUGE!!! Damn worms seem to be eating away at it though. I used organic spray but didn't effect them at all so may harvest sooner than later. I like to flush more but it's been an organic grow so not as necessary as before on the long flushing.

You know what used to bother my outdoor plants here in the NE was scale and those damn pill bugs, those ancient looking little grey things you find under your garbage cans. They'd always be munching on the stems and maybe they were feeding on the scale but sometimes they'd basically girdle the plant.Once I figured that out some diatomaceous earth did the trick.
One year I had a few giant plants right next to the busy road I live on.It was a rare nice fall season for growing, 2001.I was growing what remained of my 89' Seedbank Hashplant stock which I'd BX'd to the clone mom from the original seed packs using some seeds I'd found in a nasty kilo of brown brickweed as the males. This brown disgusting weed was really strong and gave a major headache so I figured the seed must have something.I found the kilo in southern New Mexico so it's origin was most likely south of the border via the Turquoise Trail.Whatever that rude stuff was it boosted those hashplants to the sky!!!:)
I bet there were 3 growers in my town then, now there's probably 300...

Yes I have but to avoid any controversy I won't say how great they are:).No honestly I'm finding some fantastic plants but so far I've only seen about 12 females with about 8 more well on the way.I have a picture here of what was my second best one yet.It was from a run I did of 6 finished plants and after drying, curing and smoking this was excellent but 2nd to another which I've kept a clone of.The pic was up before in the thread but the plant was so fine looking...
