I'd see how it worked before supplementing it. Finding that perfect sized LED footprint is difficult. If you put a 200 off to the side it would make it more rectangular but probably be fine.

If your growing in soil you don't need a meter, it will just mess you up when you try to adjust. Don't need cal/mg unless your using RO water or equivalent. You wont need a dehumidifier or anything like that, except for maybe a few days out of the year (depending on the weather or your area). just remember to have good air flow and it will balance out with the rest of the house. If its sealed, or if you turn your fans off at night the humidity will creep up pretty fast and then you start getting powder mildew and stuff like that.

Don't need a drying rack unless you have grips of bud. clip the branches off the plant, trim the leaf while its wet, leave the buds on the stems and hang dry in a cool dark place for a few days until the stems are starting to crack, then cut the buds off the stems, or cut the stems down to size and put in some paper bags. I put those in plastic trash bags and open and close the plastic to slow the drying process. Fluff the buds around every 12-24 hours and check the humidity of the bag and buds. takes a few more days in paper bags, but worth it to dry slowly. The slower the better, to a degree. the more stem the slower they dry, so if you can leave them on the stem longer it allows you to wick the water from the stem through the buds, giving better flavor.
BHO is dangerous and I keep hearing about people blowing themselves up making it. I make coconut oil out of my trim(no shade leaves), heat it in the oven, boil it for an hour or so, add oil and boil another hour or so, then let it cool and filter it. It makes amazing brownies.
Someone made the comment that you don't need a book cause there is everything on the internet, but the value of reading a book cover to cover is well worth the $20 your going to spend on it. You need to be much more proactive to get all the info out of the internet.

thanks everyone for the info i really wish i could setup a second area i want dr greenthumbs sour diesel but all i can do at the present is 12 12 from seed so i think autos it is it just sucks because i like long lasting sativa highs the best dont get me wrong nothing wrong with some bubba or og kush but it is something about East coast Sour Diesel and Chem #4 etc so whats everyone suggest for the stronger autos that are sativa dominant

well, don't be fooled by the model number, i think i just read that the 150 is 36w. Probably the magenta would be the best bet. try the one light out and see how you like it though, you might not need the added lights.

bubble bags will work, but they take a lot of work. Might need to save your trim up for a bit to make it worth your while. dry ice is suppose to make it easier
if your going with auto's you dont need to go 12/12, so you could veg a sativa next to your flowering auto's and have the next batch 12/12 with non-auto's.

thats a good idea if i did 4 autos in 2gallon pots u think thats good i might have to try out the vegging some and see are the autos still strong i just see the low thc count in some its got me worried but some look super crystally so it can't be too bad

that thing looks like it will have a pretty nice footprint, if you want to supplement any side lighting (i probably wouldn't), i would probably go with t5s or pl-l in the corners.
I don't know why you're drinking a big ol' cup of haterade against me, I'm referring the guy directly to the manufacturer who I and two other of my friends are having great luck with. Branding is pretty pointless anyway. What really matters is the spectrum and drivers in the end. (I totally agree with the above post about that) Look at the diagram I posted earlier in the thread and find a manufacturer that provides a similar spectrum.
The bud in the post above does look pretty mediocre IMO.
I have a similar unit, more like a growblu housing though. Same result's pheno aside. Point being if you do your research you will probably get the result's you are wanting. I was under the understanding that Amazon was gonna be like eBay, full of sketchy panel's, with Blackstar's seeming the most reliable. Then I actually saw that they have some more legit vendor's on there (CLW is a no brainer for anybody with a under $1k budget and wanting more than a couple zip's...).
Not trying to be a dick, just trying to spread the knowledge of the technology, rather than call "these guy's" junk and so and so. DS are the exact same quality component's as Blackstar, except a few key areas I stated(Driver current, lens system, and color ratio...). If it's his first time, I think lighting is the least of his worries ahead... Good growin brother
...sour diesel #2 fems by humboldt seed have got me thinking oh man this really makes me want to say screw the autos for the first trip but i dont know if i can yield the same amount of buds with fems in the same amount of time or more bud to cover the time but i dont like to take too long before harvest what if i was to get 9 3 gallon air pots for 12/12 how much do you think i would yield
