O.G. kush mystery Solved!!??!

BOG~ There's no possibility that any of your seeds are remotely responsible for OG Kush...OGK dates back to the mid/late 90's in SoCal...roughly showing up around '96/'97 based on most credible first hand accounts. Reputedly the original OG Kush cut was imported to Southern California from Florida.

One question for you also BOG...I believe your Sour Bubble mom was found after OrgnKid sent you the Bubba Kush cut & Bubba S1 seeds...wouldn't you think it's a better likelihood that your Sour Bubble is a hybrid between your BogBubble line and a Bubba Kush clone?

seems odd that another dude selected ogk out of your bubblegum beans when nearly every sour bubble grow I've seen has looked Bubba dom.

OG Kush doesn't exist.

So where did all this bud come from? Growers exist in a world of supply and demand, and as idiots demand fake strains from movies and television, we have to come up with equivalents.

Pineapple Express didn't exist, and then it was everywhere.

OG Kush is the same, and this gives explanation to the huge variety of "Regional" OGs (SFV, Tahoe, etc) that popped up, as morons started asking their dealer, "man, you got that OG Kush? someone told me a random asinine story about getting really high at a party on OG Kush" he asked his supplier, and so on, until a frustrated grower wrote that label onto an especially dank plant to shut them up.

This story repeats itself again and again, as long as the market continues to center around ignorance, people will keep demanding things that don't exist.

One thing that can't be repeated in a story is that OG Kush is OG Kush. It tastes like OG Kush and grows like OG kush.

So when you're smoking it, you know you've got it, and you know how strong of a representation it is. Most of the top shelf OG's are very watered down versions of OG, at least here, I'm not in California. I think GDPxOG and Deadhead OG are improvements on OG, because the yield is a joke, unless a person has lots of basic grower skills, like topping, lst and bigger containers with long veg times for your headstash. Deadhead is just awesome in its own right. I don't even think of it as OG Kush, even though it's an OG. They probably could have kept the OG silent and just called it Deadhead, but how did that work out for the salability of Chocolope? Just thinking in type. thought bubbles on OG.

Replace OG Kush with Pineapple Express and you'll start understanding my view of these "legendary" strains. Too good to be true? It probably isn't.

We have a lot of data on how most elites were created, we know exactly who bred them and spread them, White Widow, Skunk #1, Romulan, these are household names that have documented histories, the same can't be said for media strains like this supposed "real" OG Kush.

I have no doubt the strain of weed you consider "real" OG Kush is a great cut, but it's only as "real" as you want it to be, because that's the nature of these pop culture phenomena strains.

I wouldn't call OG a cash cropper, but it definitely holds its own. You'd be hard pressed to find denser buds then OG, and unlike other dense strains you never have to worry about bud rot.

I wouldn't say it's the end all be all but it's definitely one of my favorites.

I don`t care for dense strains or overly dense nugs, I have no problem with budrot. RH is rarely higher than 40% ever in the summers/fall and it never rains until November.

Sour Diesel from RezDog and BOG's BOGBubble? I remember BOG making a bunch of crosses in the past with his BubbleGum mother. I remember a Dutch Passion "Blue Berry" vs Nirvana "Blue Berry", hahaha.. I was in a BayArea Cannaclub a few days ago and a retarded looking mongoloid who dressed as a gang-banger was ordering before me and I remember the horribly retarded voice in front of his weak spine saying, "Cookies, Cookies, Cooo00-Kies", i think he was drooling. So I grabbed a 1/4 of what he was having and as i tasted it, i said, Meh - Whatever. Tasted the same as the clones I tried. In fact, OG Kush and Cookies have invaded the west coast.
