We’d have thought that be obvious to one such as you, it is similar to yours, meaning, to protect our brothers; though ours is to protect them from themselves. Those who already know how to apply what you preach may wish to do so at their expense or profit, but we would wager many more to be currently incapable of doing so. Due diligence is paramount in all matters of law. I have seen thousands in my time jump at this form of technology only to be destroyed through their own lack of proper knowledge in such matters.

As an esteemed surgeon once said to a reporter, “It would take me about 20 minutes to teach you how to perform a Tonsillectomy, but I would require 4 more years to teach you what to do if something were to go wrong during the procedure.”

And if so the "we" is him and his delusions of grandeur.

I base this on having had conversations with him in the past.
And that noone would ever lay claim to an association with Gary nolan except Gary Nolan.

His black paint is always 3 shades blacker than your black paint.
I doubt he smokes pot, and I apologise for attracting him or his ilk to the site.

may be a bit of a dumb Q but say i dont vote then refuse to pay the fine because it would be treason. do i then need to not pay drivers license and tax and all the rest as that would be treason too?

In truth, unless you are unaware of it, each of us exists in THREE differing states of being simultaneously; the mental, the physical and astral. When you express yourself as a singularity, in the eyes of the law you are incompetent and in need of fathering, i.e., you are classified as INCOMPLETE, a ward of the state in need of assistance.


That is the way people use to speak English before it was hijacked and formed in a manner as to enslave the people speaking it as they do today. listen to the way in which royalty and dignitaries speak it compared to how the masses are taught to speak it. The mere mention of the word "I" immediately places you under a low status at law, as do numerous other pronunciations which 98% of the masses verbally invoke.

Wrong on both accounts, we are neither him nor catholic. It seems you may be skim reading my postings, we already made clear mention as to not condone actions such as nolan's. In our books, he is NOT a man as define in any dictionary or in the Bible. We do believe he has a form of mental illness which is not obvious at first, he needs help.

You need not apologize for an err which you have not committed. Though you are right with the former; we do not smoke dope. Only reason we came to this forum is to study how to grow and make resin for dying and suffering cancer patients whose family members and friends have been endlessly asking me if we know where to obtain any such life giving resin. We have never smoked dope nor would we ever as we are content with what we already have and are, though in my time I have seen its effects on many a people, including people who come to me seeking information with matters of law. We know well that it is not the demon it is made out to be, though we have noticed that chronic users of it tend to lose their sense or depth of the pleasure they perceive or derive from events of life. If it were up to us, we would decriminalize it at once. But, it is not up to us.

We find this to be a fascinating forum, abounding in the most ivaluable information pertaining to most things cannabis. It is amazing how much we have learnt in such little time spent simply reading topics of intrest herein. And generally speaking, most users herein set a good exmaple of what brotherhood and repsect for their follow man and nature is all about.

We have even received seeds we odered from SeedsBoutique, revieced only a few days ago. They too are a good example of what honourable people should behave like in business. We thought we may not have received anything after mailing off cash, but yet, here it is.

We have almost compiled everything we need to then evaluate whether or not it worth beginning a process to produce the life giving nectre, we know of numerous people who are EXTREMELY trustworthy and are willing to conduct whatever it takes to assist the truly needy.

We ask for His blessing and protection and we know He will not disappoint in such honorable cause.

We may even take progressive photos of what occurs, and once it over, we may compile an E-dairy to post here at some future time. We will deceide sooner or later.

isiah, in all you have written, it may be worthwhile to give case numbers of court cases you refer to so that the brothers know which case to quote in future when attempting to protect themseves.

Yep, thats what i do.
You will probably get a beating the first time you refuse to stop for the police.
But as long as you dont sign anything and repeat your stance in court you should be ok after that.
But , the country is being taken over, there's no guarantees.

I dont pay these things on principle , and the chips fall where they may.

Not us.

If they wish to pull us over, we pull over, and place a driver's license on the dash or somewhere in clear view which they have EASY access to. Somewhere they can easily reach over or in and take the license. All this BEFORE they come to your car.

As they arrive at your car, before they have a chance to say anything, you ask, "what is the EMERGENCY brother?". That immediately places the matter in equity; you have not allowed it to drift into commerce. Equity is TRUST, what you and many think is common law is NOT. Common law of yesteryear, as in up until 100 years ago, was EQUITY. Since the advent of commercial/admiralty jurisdiction, common law if NOW common case law which as already been adjudicated on in courts of today. In other words, it can be statutory, constitutional, admiralty and others, but is rarely EQUITY. (As a side note: whenever you invoke YOUR common law right today, they give it to you. They are glad you did as you have insisted they proceed under the said commercial jurisdictions without realizing it is NONE of those that you seek, but rather, you’re seeking EQUITY.)

If he contests your addressing him as brother, just say you refer to all men as brothers as we are all sons of God, or something similar. Form it so as to lay credence to your tongue upon a sacred mannerism. He won't ask again.

He will run off some spill about your doing something wrong whilst driving your vehicle etc. To which as, as you now, you point out you are NOT conducting any form of TRADE and you do NOT use a vehicle.

It will come to a point where he asks for YOUR driver’s license.

You have kept the ENTIRE matter under TRUST/EQUITY by appointing HIM the fiduciary of ANY CHARGE he may wish to lay against the person’s name on that license, for you did make it CLEAR to him that you were NOT the owner and that he may take (use) it SOLELY for HIS BENEFIT.

If you wish to handle the matter under Admiralty, you can. As we mentioned, all jurisdictions MUST have consistencies within their respective laws. You can handle it using ANY jurisdiction you are competent in to achieve the same ends. Even Ecclesiastic if you’re versed in that, but you must make certain NOT to dishonor a higher jurisdiction than the one you are standing by/in at any given time with any respective matter.

Under Admiralty for instance, your license can EASILY be converted into a BILL OF LAIDEN and you appoint yourself therein the Postmaster of the GOODS in transit. ie, YOUR HUMANLY BODY. Once you hand the license to them properly prepared, YOU SAY NOTHING. I assure you they will tell you to wait there for a minute, and they will immediately go back to their car and radio in asking what to do. Soon thereafter they will return handing it back to you and telling you are free to leave.

One thing is certain; you will NOT be charged, assaulted or kidnapped, thereby YOU will have WON the war without even raising your voice or being belligerent, which is HOW your Creator wants you to FIGHT!

When matters are of the intellect, fists are for the inferior. When one comes at you aiming to take your LIFE, THEN your Creator wishes you to defend, and NOT BEFORE.

Wake up brother, you’ve a LONG way to go in law. Steady as she goes, lest you NEVER arrive at your destination, and that means, THEY won the war.

why not both ? some mates of mine are a little limited in ways they can express themselves, hate the pedo filled church and probably wouldn't mind calling out the traitors to their fellow man, once made aware. Its definitely a lot easier to follow for me.

And others may be feeling your way a little more GE. Is what you are talking about like creditors in commerce type info?

surely you both can agree that more people need to be made aware and for that to happen there needs to be an easily related msg. with most peoples attention spans (especially anything causing cognitive dissonance, see http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xK8wx9v18rk ) one page or three minute video at most.

how are you both accessing the internet? when people talk about this stuff i automatically think it would be hard to be under any sort of contract like phone, internet, bank loans

I'm not a freeman.
I'm not declaring a new law according to me and the magical authority of the fairy princess in my imagination.
Nor am I catering to the schemes of lawyers to undermine my soverignty.

My position as a protestant is that I won't bow to papal authority.
Pretty simple and straightforward.
I live by the law of god as per the KJV , which I have a right to under our system.
I probably would even if I didnt have the right to under our system.
And that includes growing and selling pot.
As mould permits.

I act as a British Subject, by the way not an Australian citizen.
I hate the status of citizen as a protestant, so while it seems unpatriotic British subject was good enough my forefathers who were born here and its sure as hell not Roman.
A status which is lawfully conferred father to son and is untouchable by parliament , dejure or otherwise.
So although I created bank accounts in ye olden days with government ID, its no longer relevant as far as the nonsensical justifications of lawyers .
Not that I really care.

If you worry about the (lawyers) justifications behind their actions, like freeman tend to do, and cater to them youre lost in my opinon.

I'm not going to be inconvenienced by these bozos.
Fuck them.

Australia is being taken over through the backdoor by the Roman catholic church.
Our law is protestant, or based on being free from the rule of the Roman Catholic church.

The method they chose to take over australia is to surplant our real commonwealth which is self government and ownership of the country for a counterfeit, with a very similar name called the Commonwealth of australia Corporation.

All courts/parliaments(including legislation)/ public servants are now just subsidiary companies of this corporation.

So should you get busted for pot, sign nothing wait until your taken into court later that day. It should be no more confusing than memorising the following--

Our principle is infallible, as all TRUST law is, the problem arises in attempting to apply it. One word out of place, one slip of the tongue, and your meat. You've blown it. Which is why we say it takes a LOT of due diligence to become truly competent in and at law. But none of what I have written is for the purpose of one being able to grow anything. So why the comparison?

Your method isaih, as we have already said, will work at a price, in that it is one which will be always be met with extreme severity.

To any and all brothers here: can any of us PRIVATELY massage anyone else in this forum? If so, how? And if not, isaih, do you frequent any other forum where private messaging is available? If so, which one and under what name? We should talk in private.
