I just started playing bc2 again. The reason i quit was nobody on the servers. Seems now during popular hours I can find matches with enough people in them.
This is my opinion on BF3. Great game and well made but totally lacking on ps3. The game and maps are simply not designed for 12 vs 12 players. They are for 32 vs 32. And when you play it on ps3 you feel that. The new ps4 will handle the full 64 player load and have improved graphics. So I am STOKED for it.
But until then you better not let me catch you slipping on laguna presa or val paraiso. I got a thompson and an rpg you don't wanna fuck with.

havent been rabid on too much vidya in recent years but I still have BC2 and will play a round of DotA2 if im not too caught up
half you guys that play on ps3 have probably killed me a dozen or so times lol .my reflexes are not as good as they used to be when i was younger but then again we dint have video games we were the video game ,bb gun fights against the other neighbor hoods

I have some 84% wins on my log, cause i PFTO! That's proly the most impressive stat for me. Always liked to switch rifles and class almost every time i die in the game, could proly be on more top lists if i didn't, but that shit was never that important. Best thing to have in BF is good opponents and still being better than em, or at least annoyoing the crap outta em Also C4'ing everything is good fun. Sometimes even friendlies, altho they made it harder than it was in the beginning. Love trolling on snipers, those camping phaygots a lot too Only time i use snipers was those damn assignments or if my team was being base raped and i had just joined the server, and it looked like a doomed cause to try and win the game. Also my quit % is pretty low @ 7, and most of those are admin kicks and motherfreakin' EA connections that have been lost.

Yes i have, beta is pretty important to me.
I did not care too much about the snipers. But sometimes I have to use a sniper class when the situation requires it. At the beginning my playing was always PTFO style, but about a year I invested in a tactical war which is too PTFO style, but much, much slower and tactically. This means that we need at least 500 tickets to start game. Otherwise, we do not have time to even the first flag. Tactical play is very slow and demanding. In BF series, it is really difficult because almost every game people come into the arms of every direction without any sense (like random players). 2-4 man team is the maximum, otherwise the strategy planning goes too much time.
And yes, my W/L ratio sucks, because we love to play big maps tactical conquest, so we cant fight for win always. 2-4 tactical fighter cant fight agains 12 maniac runner
but yeah, sometimes we are pretty damn badass..
I have some IMO ideas for future years. Hopefully one of these change..
Stamina and weight.
Still further, the vast majority of playing Battlefield completely contrary to how it should be really play. When 70% of the gamers playing against a real purpose, that's really ruining the game.
When the game should be on stamina and weight of the minimum and maximum, at that time, no one could make the game a reaction styled shit, where really tactical playing doesnt work. If players have stamina, like really, the running and jumping leaving out. Now, anyone can run as much as he wants(incl.sprint), no matter how much weight you have.
I'm too lazy to write about how those weight and stamina should be. In any case, I believe that DICE offers in the future at least game mode of "actual game play".
IMO There is no one right, or one wrong way to play, but it would be good that the players would get their own tactical game mode. Tactical Gaming just does not work when you have to reveal your position because a suicide runners..
Yea, i have a list of things to improve Battlefield3 too, but they already got our money so they don't care. DICE and EA too, have this thing where if they fix one thing, they will ruin two more things at the same time

I haven't looked into pre order yet, really GTA V only for ps3? that might make my decision much easier because I have been waiting for that one too.
The only games I play are GTA 4 and BF3 and now its just BF3.
