Reflectix wins my vote over reflector any day of the week.
I would column. Maybe column with a horizontal at the top if I was overkilling and didn't have enough headroom to run a triple column. I have never had more than one bulb in a room at a time so my opinion is only based upon research and theory not appliction of it. Well except for the reflectix. That is some awesome tech. Well worth the money and hardly any bleedthru unlike that foil coated styrofoam board stuff. Much easier to cut as well. Well I wandered a little from the main deck but I think I stayed on it. Good luck with things.

We're gonna keep things civil Fredders... and I want to civilly disagree with you about folk in medville being jaded and growing for God. You've never lived in medville. Maybe you've visited, other than that you know what you read.
I was growing before Michigan went medical. I know what its like to live with constant anxiety of being busted. Not being able to tell anyone. As long as I kept my lips shut tight and made it to harvest, my product would fetch $325-350 an oz all day. The trim was ok, but the final product was nothing like the medicine I turn out now.
The medicine I turn out now has to score 20%+ at a lab without any contaminants to fetch $175-200 an oz. All the leaves have to be trimmed off, with minimal stem. If I don't meet all of those criteria, my meds don't sell. Even if I do meet all of those criteria, there's so much selection that people still might not want my meds. Then what? Hash it? Ship it out of state and risk a felony? Smoke it? Its not as simple as walking into a dispensary and unloading your meds. Everyone goes to the pot shop to unload their meds. You have to be competitive. That might mean going organic for improved flavor, and overall plant health. In medville, more people know what a grow-op looks like, and imo you're more likely to get robbed in medville than non-medville. Some people make robbing growers their job.
You've been painting with a broad brush for a while now buddy. What goes in Hell doesn't work everywhere. We're all different, with different situations.

Yes, the light sources might be positioned along X, Y, and Z coordinates. Their position might be further plotted based on complex numbers and the resultant domain and range of luminaire positioning.
The concept might be to create arrays of `lines`, or photon rays, that illuminated, or struck asymmetrical, angled surfaces (re `leaves`), inside of a `box`, in an asymetrical pattern.

Please accept my apology ....I just know things that most other folks don`t realize about excess product being distributed elsewhere across the nation for us poor ass "illegal" consumers , and it hit`s me wrong from time to time when my integrity comes into question by certain members , and ....finally....
I wish nothing but the best for all involved , but I have zero tolerance for people that think they know me and don`t have a clue......I don`t come here to feed my ego cuz it`s non-existent....
I wear Carhaart overalls and drive a dinged up Ford F-350 dually to haul stock trailers and hay bales for critters......I come here ta help folks be better growers from first hand experience longer than a lotta folks here have been alive.....but.....
I take personal attacks to the bone , so I`ve thought about the so-called constructive criticism and I`m just gonna try and post less and lurk more .....

Everyone knows that most of what is grown here doesnt sell here. Just as most do it purely for profit. There are a few that do attempt to do it right though. And I am sure there are a lot of growers that don't grow and excess and just have enough to puff.
I KNOW what's up in medville. I've had my fingers on the pulse of this market for the past 4 years. I've been frequenting the dispensaries since they opened. Obviously a lot of it doesn't stay here... All of MY "donations" are local. What happens to it from there isn't my business. I know what I take to the dispensary stays in Michigan. I have a good relationship with the owner, and its a 100% family run operation. I stick with them even though they keep cutting me down on the ticket b/c they are family, and they take good care of their patients as well as their vendors. That's not every dispensary. Years ago many of them were busted receiving out-of-state shipments.
It doesn't even take 1 time having a AR pointed at you and getting handcuffed and questioned to know that you don't ever want to be in that situation again...
So again, many people do break the rules and send their meds out-of-state for a higher ticket... Others would rather not take the risk, and are happy with 2.5-2.8k a lb. EVEN MORE people are sticking to their personal plant limit or less, and only growing for personal use. They would rather not have the hassle of selling. I truly believe those people are the majority. The same thing has happened in Cali, where people can't even give their meds away because the market there is so flooded.
I feel as if I was jaded before I went medical honestly... Trusting nobody. I used to believe everyone was in this for profit. There are many people who grow for the love of the plant... and when you reduce the financial incentive to grow, the ones who are left are the ones who are good at what they do, truly love the plant, and/or both. I'm still in this for profit, but I'm not looking to get rich doing it anymore either... and that has helped me to make better decisions about who I associate with. Just because I'm in it for profit doesn't mean I'm not helping people either... Because I bring a damn fine product to the table when everything is going right. Cannabis is medicine, and we are healing the masses. Its just too bad not everyone has the freedom we do in medville.
Then again, if everyone had the freedom, Phillip Morris would be turning out marijuana cigarettes and put us all out of business by now.

Its only a matter of time. Once the dust settles and the large companies loose the fear of being taken to court in a non friendly state for things they do in a friendly state, your all going to see major changes.
When theres profit theres industry. In 5-10 years it will be like the alcohol market. Few people brew thier own but nobody really sells home brew. A couple of small botique brewers trying to make a living but most people buying from the shop cause its just easier.
Sorry to stray off Topic OP - but I don't even fear the industrialization of cannabis.
I think a larger concern and greater fear is GMO cannabis.... that shit hurts just to think about!

. Fred's is right though, you don't know that paranoid feeling til you grow in the bible belt. It's illegal in some places, but they damn near remove hands at the mention of illegal substances in the bible belt. Whole other world down that way.....
