beautiful pics HL. i got just about all of 'em rooted, so far.

Otto.. shit, i didnt even think about that. and thats how i fucking learn everything in this business, lol, i check a 'fuck-up' off my big ol' list and chalk it up as a learning experience. sounds like you need light movers, nothing with a motor, but you could rig up a manual rail and trolley system real easily.. probably all sourced from Home Depot.. or maybe Home Depot, 2 hardware stores, and a Lowes ;-)

HL -- is it just the condensation collecting? those window bangers always fucking drip, ruined a bathroom floor back in college when i was doing some bathtub grows. problem is they dont have anywhere to stick a drip line, right? again, those pics look great man.

.....dropping chemSis x pk & the s1's into water this weekend.. ooh im excite.

I ran a window banger inside a room 1 time.. and what I did was took a tote put it directly underneath it. and used a pump on a timer and I filled the tote up.. with a hose.. figured out exactly how long this pump took to get rid of 3/4s of the water.. had the shit pumping out never had a problem.. also I grabed a water alarm at hardware store.. and had that shit setup so if the water even got 3/4s full the alarm would go off.. and id either go check it.. n get shit done.. but id like to figure out a way to set up kinda like a toilet type setup were once it fills it flushes and shit.. but next time ill have to figure that shit out..

another thing.. a friend of mine.. uses his ac in his room.. and he just has it over his res.. and he waters with a pump and wand.. so he just lets it drip into res.. makes his feed.. and waters .. saved him a lot of time and energy making anything to get rid of the water.

For those with vaccume purge set ups for their BHO, Does the tubing that goes from the vaccume pump to the chamber usually come with the chamber? Or is this something that
Usually comes seperately. Bout to do my first BHO run with some ECSD&pre98bubbaXNl5/haze popcorn and sugar trim. Should be interesting... Will come back with some shots!

Toilet float on a reed switch, turns on your pump. Should be fairly simple to rig up. They also sell small float switches, info in the DIY section for the ebb n grow brain buckets.

Just over two weeks left on this, same plant different angles/flash.

It will probably come with the vacuum gauge. Have you ordered/gotten the chamber yet?

I scooped the vaccume pump from Harbor Freight tools... The chamber came off amazon. Just read the description on amazon and it takes 1/4in tubing so ill just scoop that from home depot incase it doesnt come with it. I seen those gauges theu sold seperately from the vaccume pump... Are those needed? I thought you just basically hooked the chamber up too the pump and do a few couple hour runs with it.

Sorry to be running two topics @ once, just wanted to clarify what I'm doing.
I built an a/c box following Hoosierdaddy's tutorial thread on 'em.

Here's how it looked freshly built, and today when I yanked it.

The unit does have a drainage port, but I have to elevate the front end more. Also add plastic/plexiglass to the btm to contain the condensation better. It spread out on that plywood base to where it was leaking down the walls. :noway:
You can see the hose I attached a wk. ago peeking up in the back. You can see where the a/c fits in the back cut-out, where the hot air is vented into the attic.
Up front is a 6" vortex bringing in ambient air for the top & sides of the unit.
A front panel seals it in.
I got the unit in the window now and a few wks. to perfect it before I need to get it back in the box.

Carry on, you crazy erl'ers. :D

Looks nice man, A/C boxes always look good for some reason :)

Sounds like u got a plan. Just poly that shit if ya don't wanna throw in plexi. I fucking hate workin with plexi, if ya don't got the right scoring tool it's a bitch & the shards are sharp, lol. Or sit that banger in a 2x2 tray & gravity drain on the btm.

He'll ya that's what I'd do, that'll look nice too. Cut out a 2x2 square from bottom deck, drop in a tray so it sits flush on the lips. Keep a/c at decking level, this allows the water to drop to tray below & keeps all moisture out of box entirely, preventing mold from goin into intake. Hose from tray to 5gal bucket sitting underneath the unit.

Yeah, that sounds like the plan. I have a 2 x 2 tray too. The ply is starting to mold, no loss there. The a/c is a 1/2" wider, haven't figured out the depth yet, but it's close. I'll get 'er rigged up. ;)

Will get better shots when its out of the vac chamber.... Does anybody know is vacuums pumps are supposed to be smoking when operating?.... Seems unusual... Smoke comes out the hole in the 2nd pic..

Lol I was wondering what that cap was for.... Im heading to harbor freight in the morning... it is a bit of a hike from where I'm at and had plans with the wifey yesterdays so couldn't swing by. Whats up with the gauges? What are they used for as far as the BHO purging goes?

Hey HL sounds like you got a solid plan man. You should go to cvs and pick up a can of .... fuck what's the name? ..... A Billy Mayes look alike uses it in a commercial to seal a screen door on bottom of a boat ..... Get 2 cans and cover the bottom and 6" up the ply to keep it extra water tight(and air tight) then put down your tray

Edit ..... Found it .. It's called flex seal .... Go figure ....... Holds up to extreme cold and flames!!

Nice glob tyga .... Somebody ninja dab that mess .... See ya next week after your nap ;)
