great choco nore :) ..... the flavour .... it's more fruitness... like well ripe melon .... or it's more earthy flavor ..... mineral????? anyway always beautiful plants :)

All the phenos I smoked were more fruity than earthy. Some phenos are sweet fruity and some phenos are more sour and less fruity.
Some can be very very sweet as the mom was, with a scent of grape, like some kind of bubblegums.
The bouquet is all here, I highly doubt I will be able to find different fragrances in this line, but this is just nice, and at now, even with stressed plants I can't find nanners. Very good!

I smoked Choco f3 and I think it's love
Ciao fratello

Holy crap look at those chocolopes!

Too kind bro :) I think you have very good chances to find a badass smoke out of those seeds. Mine is only a selection started from the same genes ;)

SourDiesel x Nigerian F1 - Harvest at 84 days of 12\12

I decided to chop this clone as it's throwing out a lot of nanners and they could be an issue with other flowering clones.

I would give a couple more of weeks at least because this plant is awesome, after 12 weeks of flowering is still sprout foxtails everywhere giving out a huge yield.

All the buds were sprouting new foxtails, less one, the only one in the shade of leaves. Where the buds get more light, there will be more new calixes.

This cat has a serious ROOT GAME! damn them colors!!!! much to be desired from watching your system. Hey just between us- what do you use for root nutes? I totally understand and also believe that the hair would help the plant as feelers to help find water. BIG PROP's cuz.
now excuse me while I put the pistol to my head

Hey just between us- what do you use for root nutes?

Hey LG, I'm using different kind of nutes. Both organics and minerals from different brands and in different form. I'm keeping experimenting to increase my knowledge.
At now the base nutrients I'm using are GROWTH TECHNOLOGY - IONIC LINE.
They're very easy to use, because it's just one bottle for vegetative and one for bloom. From there I add other products depending on what I want. However I often add some natural soap, some enzymes, some sugars, some humic and fulvic acid and other stuff.

Now it's time to show you a new entry. It's a KERA NY Diesel at 65 days
Not bad at all, it has nice flowers with a good scent and a pleasant diesel aroma. However it's nothing special so this one is the last clone...

Damn phone did that neg rep man! Never would I hit the button on a cat like you. Thanks for that schooling on the nutes. Are you using the soap for bug control or as a binder? Also you're ten degrees lower at lights off right

Don't worry about the neg rep bro! However I use soap not as a spray but in the nutritive solution, both in hydro system and coco/soil.

Last run I transplant some clones from 1,2 lt in 3,5 lt pots without removing the pot. That's what roots made.

Because I want to know if my plants have intersexual traits I let the flowers go for 80 days after the switch, even if the buds were already ripe with no more white pistils.

What I discovered is that I still can't find any nanner on the chocolope line, where the Chocotonic line has some.
The pheno I'm going to feminize thrown out very few bananas in the last days and it was ready at 60 days...so I think -observing other genetics too- that this trait is quite difficult to thrown out and it should not be an issue in the next S1 offspring.

Ok, some flowers now

Where the leaves can reach direct light, they turn purple. When no direct light reach the leaves, tissue tends to remain green.
I observed this several times in the past.

Even with high temps (min. 20°C - max. 27°C) this pheno wants to turn black

Gotta finally share pix of my new blisters that are going to hit the bay very very soon.
They are 2 strains, only the two that really deserved to be shared with other people IMHO.

This one is the best strain I actually I'm working with and wich I choose to use to make some female seeds out of a particular fast flowering pheno.

picture.php

picture.php

picture.php

In the description you can see the strain is described as hermie-free. It is not true. Stressed plants can make few male flowers only at the end of flowering. Never been an issue like many other strain I grew however.

Finally and unfortunately this one will be a one time release. I do not have the mom anymore.
However in the next future there will be some S1 of my favorite pheno and subsequently I'll make some more F1 using new moms chosen from the best individuals!

And the second strain that is going to hit the bay is a selection of chocolope at the third generation.
I prefer ChocoTonic at chocolope, but it has a lot of potential and it develop really nice fragrances along with a decent amount of resin.
