Horsemouth-looking great. My light dep is a shit show, I let everyone get too big, they are massive and getting unruly.

Thanks Tom, if all goes as planned I will ditch all the 200s and make beds next year. The beds retain water so much better than the 200 gallon pots, we get water delivered so water retention is important.

Samson,

Where do you get your water? Do you pay for it?

Also, when do you start seeing pistils/preflowers on your girls?

The owner of this property before me, put a very nice dual filter water system on the main pump house that supplies the hoses and house with water. She also referred me to an OMMP friendly water delivery service. It cost $70 for 2000 gallons and it just city water they get at a local station im pretty sure. Filters make it come out nice, never had an issue.

The Boost are flirting with flower right now, Im seeing the stretch slowly start and white hairs starting to appear. I would say by August 1st most of the plants are in flower, not counting the GSC and OG ladies, those start to go the first couple weeks of August

I'm seeing some pop pistils earlier this year and it was freaking me out at first but I'm hearing you and others say they are seeing the same. What did you say you thought caused the "taco leaf". I'm also seeing that, for the first time this year.

Agreed on the early pistils this year on my faster plants. The spring was more tame and my plants went in much earlier last year as well which could factor in. Outdoors my plants taco leaf up on hot days or right after I give them tea. I know indoors it's signs of heat stress or bugs but outdoor or just means happy plants at my farm..

An Interesting Plant

An Interesting Plant

So here's a story I mag. In college one of my best friends and room mates was a nation guard guy. Over the course of our friendship he went all over the world, Afghanistan, Mongolia, Asia, and the whole time I always told him to grab seeds from afar if he could and on some occasions he did. I had a bag marked Randoja seeds in a box and I decided to pop a few. I don't know the origins of this plant at all. All I know is that my buddy got it from me in on one of his trips abroad. Looks like some sort of afgan to me for sure. Here she is at 36 days flower in my light dep tent.

Yeah, starting the clones way ahead of time and putting them in early may have something to do with it. Does it look like your plants are starting their stretch now?

The taco leaf is happening with mid 70's temps. Some of them are drooping slightly which makes me suspect over watering.

Whats the lineage of that Dog walker? I was wondering is its related to "west coast D.O.G."? If you haven't seen that plant you can check out pictures posted by members Ven N Out and Father Earth. It looks like an outdoor growers wet dream.

Almost picked up a few obama clones. Your pics make me regret not doing so.

The boost and trainwreck are definitely stretching. They are both in full bud set by August 1st. Yea my plants were all taco leafing up this morning at 7 am and 60 degrees. Just something they do outside I guess. Dog walker is Albert Walker OG x Chem dawg. Clone I got from a good friend in Portland, she's truly a monster. Obama is definitely a winner, its got the flavor and the punch. Turns so purple it's almost black in the end, which I think is the joke.

I was wondering the reasons for the name. Lol if thats the case. At some point someone he knows will be like "Hey man, you have a pot strain named after you". Likely one of his kids. Looking forward to seeing the finished bud shots from that one...

Shes a very favorite of mine. If your fond of pre 98 bubba you definitely want to try this one out. Medium yeilder but top notch smoke all the way. Colors will get amazing with these cool summer nights we get up on the hill.
