Found this one today - crossing my fingers you'll pull down some weight of sticky bud.
I believe your burn problems earlier were simply the result of the lamp being too close. The upturned edges on surrounding fan leaves were also a sign of heat stress.

Thanks, appreciate the good vibes everyone:thank you:

I do think my burned buds were lamps to close as well as spraying a to strong a dose of Sea Green. Had the dosage of Sea Green been proper I bet the buds would have never burned.....

The upturned fan leafs could be heat stress but I think it has more to do with the amount of air movement I have across my canopy. My canopy temps have never been hotter than 85 in veg and 81 in flower. Pretty sure it's from lots of air movement. Could be wrong though, wouldn't be the first time nor the last time!! LOL!!

Soooo everyone day 63 update. Final day of flower!! I think the girls could have used an extra few days of flush to get the leafs to change more color but not going to wait. I did feed with straight water for 7 days but I think I should have flushed water through the girls on day one of flush until I got to at least 0.2 EC as it took until 3 days ago for the run off to get to that level on its own. Maybe next round I'll use a product like Florakleen to flush all the salts from the coco on day 1 of flush that way the girls are only drinking water the entire flush cycle???

Pretty happy with this grow, especially since I was able to defeat the big bad BROAD MITES!! :woohoo: Cola's look really nice and greasy. They grew some cool looking foxtails in the last 10 days. Looking forward to seeing what the final weight will be as well as quality of the smoke.

Tomorrow I start trimming, will snap some trim pics as well as one plant wet weight, will give us a pretty good idea on final weight:tiphat:

On with the pics, taken about 4 hours ago, another 12 hours of dark should help bring out a bit more resin

Some cola's flopping over from the weight, had no real way to tie them up so let them be

let me ask this... the little tiny leafs on the top covered in resin, do you guys trim those or leave them intact?? What would be considered a "proper" trim on that? I say leave them but like to hear what some pro's think. Thanks!!

So I've just called in some help!! This is gunna take some serious time to get it all trimmed up!!

I just spent 2+ hours trimming one plant!!!:bigeye: I took what I thought was about the smallest plant out of the bunch. Definitely no bigger than average thats for sure.It was the furthest plant from the lights and no reflective wall against it. I've gotta say, I'm pretty fucking blown away by the trimmed wet weight!!!!:woohoo: 507 grams wet is what this first plant came out to:yay: By my calculations that comes out to no less than 4 ounces dry per plant!! I was thinking I was going to get 2 ounces per plant tops! Even at 3.5 ounces per plant that comes out to just over 2.5# per light!!!!! :tiphat:

I'm not going to celebrate just yet until it's all trimmed, dried and weighed but right now I'm pretty damn happy!!:dance013:

Thats going to take you a while my friend lol brilliant set up i must say im quite a newbie myself lol seems like your not so much 1 yourself anymore;) good luck

Thanks! Just did two more plants. All from the outside and both of those were between 390-400 grams wet. Still pretty good. I'm still thinking the middle and furthest plants should have more weight since they are getting more light but who knows?? My buddy is only going to be able to help a few hours here and here so its basically all on me!!! Fuck!!!! I figure it will be 7 long days of trimming!!

Thats a lot of work. I am so glad I bought a trimmer.
Hand trimming used to drive me insane, I would get so bored doing it.

What kind of trimmer do u have?? Was thinking of getting the trimpro unplugged. Use that for the smaller stuff and trim the colas by hand. Does the trimmer kick the shit out of the buds??

Must say that is one nice looking crop bro! And to think you were going to fuck it all up trying to eradicate a non existent pest. I'm glad you didn't continue to think those glands were BM eggs.

As far as the trimming goes, just do it by hand for now. My method is to allot 30 seconds per 12"-16" cola. I count in my head and if I hit 30 I count down from 10 out loud. And then I put the bud down and move on, regardless. This really picks up the pace. Otherwise I often find myself spending minutes on one cola. Once I'm moving along I stop the counting but will keep track of how many I'm getting done every 5 minutes. And if I slow, its back to counting. And yeah you will draw blood sooner or later, lol.

Brilliant looking stuff man.....yeeee haaaa :)

...but honestly few pipes, few drinks, even if it takes ya a week or 2...in my mind better than others knowing and having to pay em.

When i get discouraged trimming , just start saying with every snip of the sizzors 20 bux 20 bux 20 bux lol.....makes it eaiser get though.....but all the best mate..look foward to next run

That is the one I am using. I had a cheaper one before with just the wire as the cutter, and would get jammed on stems. The trimpro unplugged has a huge thick blade.

The buds come out looking pretty good. Works best if the bud/plant is super wet. You will probably lose a bit of yield, but I use the trim for hash anyways,

I was able to harvest a 3 light in about 5-6 hours.
Use to take me a week by hand. I am now able to harvest and transfer my clones to start the next round in a single day, and even clean up. After its dry it will take me another hour to do a once over by hand, breaking off leaves the trimmer wasn't able to get.

Thanks brother!! I found it hard to believe all those bumps I was looking at we're bm eggs but evryone in the infirmary kept insisting those were bm eggs!!!

That's a great tip on counting. Will give that a try when it at back. I am on my way to pick up a trimmer. The trimpro unplugged. Hopefully it works well for the smaller stuff??

Where's my bloody pics of your girls???? Hahahaha!!!

Thanks. Any tips on using this trimmer? Anything on initial use or getting its cleaned up? Thanks again!!!
