Ok...so we know: I'm slipping into the Hell Mox build. Parallel running Hell Hound IX1 and Mox Mox IX1...and will be spreading dust in all directions. You know..I'm going to blend the pollen...in honor of chaos..and the unknowns. Without a lab...you'll never be able to pin Hell Mox down. A measure in (un) exactness...devolution

^ Those are the 2 Hell Hound IX1S1 sisters...getting their stretch on. This is me all day long...know how to drive these hookers. Now we wait...we wait to see...which expressions the intersexed beans came from....a "vine" or a "kush"....hopefully...one of each. Bean batch was mixed...but I used the beans from both those expressions..to make the batch.

A transplanted Hell Hound IX1 (into a 1.7 gal square). This girl survived the "No Seedling Zone" days...of this past spring. Also..had a male..but I exterminated him..this morning. Don't need a male at the moment.

Manicuring her presently....resting the last few days...eating and sleeping more..than normal. Body recovering..building strength. Recovery is so important...but it can be hard...because after a few days off...I'm ready to hit the hills again. If I rest off the trails a couple more days...I'll come back stronger..got to rest. Have some hard work lined up this week...so I'll be preoccupied anyway

Flo influences..yes...some positive qualities...the Flo adds to the Chem DD. Energized..but not speedy...dreamy mellowness..through clear skies. The knock down power...still there..but mixed like a speedball. Zone stone focus...smooth energy

A neighbor of mine...vaporized some Mox...with no knowledge..of what was being vaped...sipped down a whole bowl...warn out...and tired from his day...of labor. Within 5 minutes of completing the bowl...his eyes brightened...his energy boosted to the point..where he no longer felt the day's drag....but felt motivated to bang out..some yard work. It made him...a happier man...and that...is what good herb...should do. It should pick you up....take you away

Thanks dude. Yeah...a magic carpet ride..like that. Not even a hint of paranoia or self doubting moments...but moments where..you might have to slap yourself out of your floating thoughts..stop listening to the sounds that you are questioning...even hearing..fun stuff

But...you know I like my hypersonic...paranoia inducing highs too. The sweaty kind...which I have found in..the "Vine" expressions of Hell Hound IX1...the kind that make you question everything...so

that's one of the reasons I want to blend Mox Mox and Hell Hound....see if I can find something...even more...heavy duty

Got a fire burning over a trail I run regularly (Pacific Crest Trail)...listening to fire traffic on and off..as they are shutting down some roads. Shouldn't amount to much...as far as...taking out structures..hopefully hang up on the highway..but it sounds like it's burning out a desert canyon

Meanwhile...another chill day...getting some more trimming done



^ Nuggets of Goodness...came off the 2nd Mox Mox plant...I harvested..the other day. Less Flo influence in this one...but still...very similar to those..I showed yesterday. Same scissor jamming resin...same structure...same aroma....happy happy joy joy

Low RH....Temps in the 90's...makes for a quick quick dry. Too quick...if you are not on it..and forget about your buds...or hanging plants...

you might come back..and find them..brittle crush

* I'll let these sit out like this..until the end of the day...then the flowers will be slightly compressed...and rolled into a zip bag...let the moisture spread even again...then the bag will be left open for a couple days...until I feel the flowers are dry..but not over dry...and rerolled and sealed in a couple bags. I've found...that bags work better than jars..in low RHs...jars end up drying out...somehow...someway

Done trimming for a few days. Have one more Mox Mox to bring in.

Watching this fire...they burned out line last night...so far...holding it on the highway..but they've also been evacuating peeps. I've been on many fires in that particular area..so there are lots of old burns..and they are opening up old dozer lines..probably burning off them...I'd think...unless the weather fucks them...they should be able to hold what they have

Tomorrow is supposed to be the hottest day...and it's hotter today than yesterday...crews (at least 3 Hotshot crews I know of) are getting their asses kicked. That's some steep shit..over that way....arching up out of the desert...and the desert be cooking way into the 100's...90's at altitude

Listening to scanner traffic....but I've got some work to do..so mostly I'll be watching the header

I won't evacuate...get the wife and dogs out...but this place is defendable...if I'm here. I'm not worried...as it has many drainages..and will have to burn down some mountains..before I see it. Conditions are not correct for that kind of push...if it was a Santa Ana wind....different story...I'd be getting overrun now

Indeed. All fun and games...until it catches up with you.

This one is creating a lot of problems. They're having to move crews around (from off the steep east side) and get them where they can be effective. Can't use fixed wing aircraft any longer...due to the header blocking their vision...so it's all rotor wing...and not near as effective.

Losing structures...winds are erratic...changing up. It's a good one...hot and dry...difficult to fight. They'll be getting tired too
