Ionic nutes. EC 1.0-1.2 veg, 1.2-1.4 flower. pH 5.5 - 7.
Started in a water farm until I got the fittings for the tank. 40mm tank connectors aren't so easy to get hold of.

^what he said, plus very clean, sweet room, why not bang in a couple of plants to make use of the extra space or will there be no extra space, hehe

Thank you both. The idea was to run two trees, 4 1/2 weeks apart. Just trying to sort space for vertical veg. I could do it with a shade in a tent, but I'm not sure the plant will then grow well changing to vertical for flower? I think the branch structure would be messed up :-/

You can veg either way (horizontal or vertical), plants don't mind the switch from horizontal to vert at all. I prefer to veg horizontally then flower vert. All depends on your goals for final plant shape. Vegging horizontally causes your plants to grow more upward than outward, while vert lighting will cause them to focus more on bushing outward than growing upward.

Ok, so I have a little discolouration on the leaves. Anyone have any ideas? I have posted up in the infirmary too, so hopefully someone will help.
Thanks

Hi Klamath, I see where you're coming from, but I really wanted to try a tree grow. I have lots of ideas of what I can put into the space that I have. I just happened to have started with the tree grow. Once this is done with another tree 4 weeks apart (hopefully), I'll see how it's gone and consider what I'd like to try next :)

Just realised how bad those pics are, SORRY!

All is well. Rez temps are a little high (20-25celsius!), but the ambient temps have been very high the last week or so. I've been putting a frozen 2L bottle of water in first thing in the morning and last thing at night. I don't really want the extra cost of a nutrient chiller :-(
pH has stabilised around 5.5-6. Keeping nutes at 1.3-1.4ec. Room temps are 22-28celsius.
Full rez change this weekend :)

It's going a lovely dark green.

Does anyone think I should be trimming back any of the foliage?
