It won't randomly start leaking on you, what happens is the UV light causes the PVC to leach plastic compounds as well as turn brittle, eventually it will crack like all non UV rated plastic will when exposed to the extreme UV index and dry heat we experience in the Nor Cal interior...

The black poly pipe does a lot better.

im guessin the low end would be 3-4 per pot...but i will have a better estimate in late july early august when i see how much they stretch.

i planted 12in beercup blue dreams last year on june 24th, they didnt "catch" until mid july and still hit 3.5-4 lb per 200. those are in 300 gallons of norcal blend soil, and they already caught in mid june and have been growing inches every day so im hoping they will blow up in july...still though, not ideal. in retrospect i wish i planted EVERYTHING in mid may this year.....

That is the answer I wanted to hear! I've got a few that went out late, got established around the 12th of june and look like they're about the size of yours. I've only grown out one cut of it before and was hesitant due to the late finish (wet climate in nw OR) but it was very resistant to botrytis and its grown faster than 25 or 30 other strains I've run. I'll keep an eye on your progress. Thanks for the reply.

You can turn off your supplemental lighting at any point now. You plants should already be a couple weeks into flower in mid August, so I would not keep the lights on that late. Unless you want to harvest in November......

Here our days are so short they will start flowering immediately, seems most Northern growers are used to seeing pistols or the beginning stretch late late July early mid Aug. If I shut them off at solstice (june 22) like my fellow brothers up north I would be flowering now....

I would like to take advantage of our longer season and might entertain the idea of letting them go longer per say.

Though I am not sure if the finishing days being shorter will affect the quality.

Im new to OD so figuring out this watering schedule has been interesting. As in they received only 1 watering (and a rain few days later...) in about 40 days. Now there down to about weekish between watering. My question is the flip what really starts the day to day drinking or Is it just when the root mass has passed the point and cant keep up with the overall needs. I just dont want to over water and read about the increased uptake in watering and it seems to coincide with the flowering stretch.

Indoors (coco dtw) the is not really that sharp of an increase its gradual as it grows but i do increase feed increments every week.

Another watering question are you guys doing teas every feeding or a mix. Right now im doing something like water, water, ACT tea. Water im using Starts 600 ec and im just adding 100 ec epsom and 1 mil gallon Primordial Sea Green . Total ec around 750 (450 ppm) ph 6.4 - 6.9. Lots of foliars brix and PPD alternate with Cal-25

Any advice?
Thanks!!!:tiphat:

these Blue Dream monsters are already 7 feet tall, wonder if they'll get rootbound in 200 gallon pots?

It's that time of year again.

All of the large framed plants are a homemade Blood x Black Thai cross, from seed.

Traps...get a bunch of traps...YouTube for some tips on setting them. Do it fast..stay on it..or they will wreck you. I deal with gophers in my veggie gardens all the time. I cage everything off...1/4" galvanized hard wear cloth..gopher cages...whatever..and even then..gotta trap the fuckers.... and ground squirrels are even worse
