hey sweet use of that space! :) I bet some LED's would reduce your heat issues (if you get em). And a bit of weather stripping will kill those light leaks ^_^

That's for dropping by guys!

Chloe - I'm using a cooker 'extractor fan' carbon filter. Doesn't eliminate the smell entirely, but sure does help. If we have visitors opening the windows on the latch sorts out any lingering smells!

Babelfish - Heat hasn't been an issue which I'm actually surprised by. Weather stripping wouldn't work as the doors are an extremely tight fit from using rubber sealant for the majority of light proofing.

Enough chit chat (haha), on to more pictures!

First up is the big Pineapple Express lady. 56 days 12/12. Starting the flush today with a reduced nute mix. The buds are too heavy to be supported by the stems outside the cab!

Last picture has some wire supports added for the buds. Not a huge improvement but helps. The walls of the cab help the outer buds stay upright but there are 2 huge main colas that lay on their side lol.

The other PE lady at 31 days 12/12. Hit up a few lower buds with some Chemmy Jones (CSG) pollen and some Victoria Clipper (REG) pollen for some tasty future beans!

Also dusted the lower branches of this gal with the same pollen as above!

'The buds are too heavy to be supported by the stems' = Definition of a good problem to have.
you said you grew a Pinnapple Express before, how would you rate the finished product? I'm curious as I have one about to go into flower.
All your girld are looking beautiful and I dig your scroging technique. You do a great job of getting 'em to use all the room available and keep an even canopy.
You could easily use panda plastic to eliminate light leaks for doing any hermi prone genetics.

The same thing happened when I grew her out in soil - buds flopping left and right under the weight of the buds. Stems aren't super stiff either, so it's a combination of both that causes it.

The Pineapple Express I grew before is the same one that I'm growing now. I take clones and use those.

As for finished product? It's a decent all round smoke. Real earthy taste and has a very 'nutty' smell if that's anything to go by. Left to flower until 20% trichs are amber and its a real night time smoke!

Many thanks for the compliments :D. When I get round to doing improvements to the cab, such as; dust filter on intakes (already done on 2 cabs), replace squeaky fan, put pond liner in bottom etc I'll try grab some panda film to finish the light proofing. Will allow me to run all my Chemmy Jones crosses.

The big Pineapple girl came down yesterday at 62 days. More buds than I've ever harvested from these cabinets. Can't wait to get them dried and weighed up.

Can't decide if I should blast the whole lot into bho or just half... choises choises.

The bag is sugar fan leaves and small buds that aren't worth drying. Will all be going in the bubble bags

Totally blown my previous harvest numbers out of the water!! 69g of buds with a whole bag of sugar leaf/popcorn buds for the bubble bags!

That large jar is 10" tall and 5" wide!

Still have another cabinet of Pineapple Express with 3 weeks to go and a cabinet full of Critical Jack Herer a few days ahead. This is the summer of buds for me!

Still not sure if I will blast it all. I have a buddy coming over next week to run some of his Blue Cheese. Think I'll turn around 10g into oil and see how it turns out.

And as for the buds, I'm almost convinced that Pineapple Express is a C99 cross. Growth wise it looks similar, but not the same, smell when flowering is totally different, but now it's cut and dried its SO fruity! Mmm mnnnn!

I'll be giving this a week in the jar before I give it. Little write up.

If anyone wants close up, just holler! I've left most of the sugar leaves on as these buds are all for me and the Mrs, so a sugary fan leaf isn't an issue for us. It all smokes the same ;).

That's for the comments guys :). I'm really anticipating my next harvest from these bad boys, only a few more weeks now.

The small amount that me and the Mrs vape/dab means that this will be enough smoke for the rest of 2014 and 2014. That doesn't mean I won't be running more genetics, it just means that the genetics I do run I can experiment with a little, haha.

One these are emptied and cleaned up after I get back from my holiday It'l be time for upgrade time - a 65k bulb in each cabinet, fans replacing, waterproofing the bottoms and dust filters. Maybe an improved carbon filter if I manage to make a decent low-pro one.

I'll drop by with some more pictures of the current girls soon enough!
