I see a lot of peeps posting pics of plants they claim yielded 5lbs +

It's got me curious.

What is the single biggest tree out there?

Lets see it.

The General Sherman-With a height of 83.8 metres (275 ft), a diameter of 7.7 metres (25 ft), an estimated bole volume of 1,487 cubic metres (52,513 cu ft), and an estimated age of 2,300–2,700 years,[4][5][6] it is among the tallest, widest and longest-lived of all trees on the planet.

Should yield over 5 lbs.........lol

Hey Swampdankv2, I've seen some massive trees in my searches on the net but not face to face where I could touch or smell it. Seen a couple over 25lbs thru the years. The most recent 1 that I can think of was grown by GanjaRebel it was a Blue Dream and i'm pretty sure it was a 25lber or real close. First time was a long time ago (over 10 yrs ago) by a grower in Oz and he had some 20+lbers. Hopefully 1 day I can break the double digits but for now i'm safer keeping them not so massive ;). Hope you find some pics, try a search on here should turn up a few, I saw that BD on here on IC at least. Take care 1

Wow! It seems there might be no limit to the actual size potential. 25 lbs is insane!

I gotta see a pic of what a 25 lb tree looks like.

Biggest Pot plant I've ever seen was in Alabama and was 25' + and had a "trunk" as big around a my leg. Dude had a polaroid of his younger brother hanging from a lower branch. It was a Sativa hybrid, probably around 1978-1978. No idea on yield, but it was a friggin monster

Just look up Growing large plants thread at Tom Hill section,
those guys grow in 100gal pots minimum, some have even 5 yards of soil per plant those are massive trees:biggrin:

10 lbs per plant is some kind of a benchmark just a few plants over that figure i think the biggest there was gave 13 lbs of bud at the end:biggrin:
but the thread is massive as well (over 475 pages) and is a huge bank of knowledge, probably the best on internet
